1 15. PAYMENT TERMS The terms of payment are as under: (i) No advance payment against purchase order. (ii) Mode of payment to Bidder- After completion of supply installation and commissioning the Surveillance system, 70% of TOC will be paid to Bidder after certification of the committee of Stand In charge, Depot Manager, Divisional Engineer or Security Officer & Divisional Traffic Officer. The balance of 30% will be released on yearly basis after completion of one year i.e. 2nd year 6% per annum after getting certification of concern authority. The bill must be accompanied following documents (a) Signed commercial invoice seven copies (b) Bidder inspection & test certificate (c) Certificate of Insurance covering all risks during storage, installation, Commissioning, testing and handling, including third party liabilities, till Contract period. (d) On submission of successful completion of Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) concerned Stand In charge, Depot Manager, Divisional Engineer or Security Officer & Divisional Traffic Officer. (e) On submission of performance Bank Guarantee of 20% of contract amount for a period of 5 years from the date of signing SAT. 16. PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE Successful Bidder should produce a Performance Bank Guarantee along with acceptance letter for a period of three years from a Public Sector Bank equal to 20% of the total cost and the same may be renewable for further period as per requirements. During defect liability period (warranty period) Bidder should attend to all repairs / defect / replacement of spare parts free of cost. Failure on the part of the Bidder to attend the defects within a reasonable period, It will attract the penalty and MSRTC on its own will get defects rectified through another agency at the risk and cost of Bidder.
