11 IT S OKAY GUARANTEE: CooperVision s It s Okay Guarantee allows returns of all the CooperVision lenses listed below. While products NOT listed below cannot be returned under the It s Okay Guarantee, they may still be able to be returned under the Unopened Exchange policy. All returns must meet all the requirements below. Products/brs eligible for the It s Okay Guarantee are: Avaira Br Biofinity Br Biomedics Br clariti Br ClearSight Br MyDay Br Proclear Br Br Vertex Br (Single only) Product must be returned within 100 days of the original invoice date will be credited at the price invoiced. Hydrasoft s are not eligible for return unless defective. Product not received in its original packaging is not eligible for return. Product must be received in the original blister or vial include the lens(es). All unopened product being returned for credit must be intact in resalable condition, free of writing, stickers or markings of any kind. Lenses in packages with the end flaps removed, due to patient rebate redemption or any another reason are INELIGIBLE for return. Any product not received in resalable condition will not be credited will be destroyed. (excluding Hydrasoft ). Product must have a minimum of 12 months (1 year) dating of the expiration date shown on the packaging. To be eligible for credit, open multi packs must contain a minimum of lenses as indicated below. UNOPENED EXCHANGE POLICY Our unopened exchange policy allows exchanges of most lenses currently offered for sale by CooperVision. All exchanges must meet all the requirements below. Unopened, unexpired lenses MUST be exchanged for the same lens type (i.e. Biofinity Toric for Biofinity Toric, Preference for Preference etc.). Exchanges for products not covered under the It s Okay Guarantee are only eligible for exchange if the same lens type was ordered within the last 100 days of return. Hydrasoft s are not eligible for exchange unless defective. Product not received in its original packaging is not eligible for exchange. MADE-TO-ORDER LENSES: CooperVision offers some lenses that are made-to-order will ship within 10 days from the time of order. These lenses are Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR, Proclear Multifocal Toric, Vertex Toric XR, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Preference, Preference Toric, Preference Toric XR, Biofinity XR toric. Hydrasoft Hydrasoft Toric will ship within days from the time of order. NOTICE: -absorbing contact lenses are NOT substitutes for protective -absorbing eyewear, such as -absorbing goggles or sunglasses, as they do not completely cover the eye surrounding area.
