17 Albums and Folios Design, Print and Assemble We do it all from start to finish. Simply upload your images to Barron Photografix by using our Lab Prints software and our design team will create an elegant album for your customer to cherish. You will be able to review it and make possible revisions if needed. Once approved, your images will be printed and assembled in an Art Leather Coffee Table Book. Service Time: 7-10 Days Qualifications and Guidelines: We will need complete contact information. Name, address, phone, address and cell phone. We need to know if your pages are color corrected. We need to know how many images you uploaded for the order. What style and size of book have you approved for the design? How many pages have you chosen? What color have you chosen for the book? What cover design? Do you want names and date? What color of imprinting? Are you ordering additional clone books at this time? What size? Quantity? We strongly recommend that you number your images and organize them into named folders. This helps the designer know the sequence of the overall event and keeps the images within the flow of the day. Folder name suggestion: Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Family Members, Bridal Party and Reception ect. Any images you would like to use as backgrounds for spreads can be placed in a folder labeled backgrounds Once your images are uploaded and designed, the layout will be sent to you for approval. You ll have an opportunity to review, critique and request changes. Just give us your feedback by page number and spread. It will be easier to follow your instructions if given exact location within the design. A revised layout ( according to your changes) will be sent back to you. Once the layout is approved the next step is to confirm printing of the order. A change is defined as any image substitution, repositioning or resizing. You are allowed 5 changes at no charge. Any changes above that will be billed at $8.00 each.
