We strongly encourage that you calibrate your monitor by purchasing or renting a calibration device. TURNAROUND TIMES: Due to changing nature of volume in the lab, turnaround times indicated may vary. Please give yourself and your clients reasonable time to expect the orders. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders are processed right after being submitted. There is no cancellation of orders for any reason after they have been processed. At our discretion, we will attempt to make changes to orders for an additional $15 fee. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Delivery is available worldwide using Canada Post unless otherwise indicated.
