1 General information about the Titan Connected Does the watch work without a smartphone? No. The Titan connected watch has to be paired with Titan connected App to set the time. Once the time is set, the watch can work independently as a Normal watch. In order to get all notifications in the watch, it has to connected with the Titan connected mobile app. Is the watch water resistant? The Titan Connected watch is tested to meet international standards for water resistance and is water resistence is up to 50 meters (5ATM). The Titan Watch Company is not responsible for any damage caused by or related to leakage originating from improper handling or damage to the case, crown, gaskets, or crystal. To maintain water resistance, yearly maintenance is required. Can I replace the watch straps? Yes. The watch straps are replaceable. Take the watch to our nearby service centre for strap replacement. Installing the Titan Connected app Which versions of ios/android are supported? The Titan Connected app is designed for use with most smartphones running ios version 11.0 & above and Android version 5.0 & above. Please note that this watch will not work with the following phones: 1. Samsung A9 Pro 2. Samsung C9 Pro 3. Moto G5s Are tablets supported? No. Tablets, including ipads and Android tablets, are not supported. How do I install the app? If you are Android user, open the google play store on your mobile and search for Titan Connected App & download and install the app. If you are an iphone user, open the app store on your phone and search for Titan Connected, & download and install the app.

2 Setting up and using the Titan Connected watch How do I set the time? Calibration Follow the Quick Start Guide, which will take you through the calibration process. Also you will find Calibration in the Hamburger menu of your Mobile App. How do I transfer ownership of the watch, or use the watch with a different phone? On the app Home screen, tap hamburger menu on top left side, then tap unpair Watch. On ios devices, you will still need to go to Bluetooth settings and forget the Titan Connected watch from the list of connected devices. Can I use my watch to answer a call or text? No, the watch only receives notifications of calls and texts from your smartphone. The user will have to use their phone to answer calls or respond to texts. However you can silence your phone call using one press of 3H push button in Android phones, yet this feature is not possible in ios due to apple platform limitations. How do I navigate the different features on the watch? You can see Date, Activity & Day by every Double press of Push button in the order of sequence. Find my Phone can be enabled by Single press of the Push button. Pairing your Titan Connected watch with your phone How do I turn Bluetooth on or off on my phone? Bluetooth is usually found in the Settings menu on both ios and Android phones. See the manufacturer s documentation for specific instructions to enable or disable Bluetooth on your device. How do I pair the watch with my phone? 1. Make sure Bluetooth and Internet are enabled on your phone. 2. Open the Titan Connected app, create a new account or sign in, then follow the onscreen instructions. 3. The app automatically searches for nearby watches. When the watch is found, Press 3H push button once when it is prompted.

3 4. Tap Next on the phone app to complete the pairing process. The app will indicate that the pairing is successful. Why can't my phone find or connect to the watch? Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in the phone settings. Increase the signal strength by moving the watch closer to the phone. Make sure the watch is in pairing mode If you are using ios, make sure the watch is not already connected at a system level by checking Bluetooth settings and forgetting any connected Titan connected watches. My watch keeps disconnecting from my phone. How do I make the devices reconnect? Make sure the phone is not in airplane mode and that Bluetooth is enabled. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and on, and turn airplane mode on and off. If the watch is not communicating or the phone app indicates it is disconnected from the watch, stop and then restart the app. In ios, stop the app by double-tapping the phone's home button and swiping up on the app. Restart the app to reconnect to the watch. In Android, force stop the app. You can go to Settings>Apps>Titan Connected and then tap on Force Stop. Restart the app to reconnect to the watch. If this does not work, restart the phone and then open the app to reconnect. If none of the above solutions workto reconnect the watch and phone, delete the app from your phone. Download the app again and repeat the setup and pairing procedure. If the watch still does not connect, please call Titan Customer Care at for help with the troubleshooting steps. Notifications and settings How do I disable notifications and prevent them from alerting the watch? In the Titan Connected app, you can Enable / Disable the notifications under Notifications mode in Hamburger menu.

4 Notifications are not displaying on my watch. There is no digital display on the Watch. So the Notifications cannot be displayed, it will only be indicated through LED lights and vibrations. Make sure that the watch is connected to Mobile. Make sure that the notifications are enabled in the Titan Connected App Permissions might be disabled in the Android or ios settings. Open the permissions settings on your phone to make sure permissions are turned on for each of the desired applications. Batteries and charging How do I charge the watch? 1. This is Non rechargeable watch with a Coin cell battery If battery is low, you have to replace the battery in the nearest Titan authorized service centre. First battery will be replaced for free of cost the first time. You will need to bring the watch along with the invoice to avail this free service. How do I view the amount of battery remaining? The percentage of battery remaining displays on the Hamburger menu of Mobile App. The battery life is for 6 months. Will the watch still keep time if the battery level is critically low? Yes the watch will run till the battery goes off. After the battery indication goes to red i.e. critically low stage, the watch is designed to function normally for 1 more month. Can I replace the watch batteries? No. Removing or replacing the batteries yourself voids warranty coverage. Visit the nearest Titan authorized service centre to contact support for battery replacement. Updating, restarting, and resetting How do I update the app?

5 When a software update is available, the app Home screen displays an update banner. Tap Install Now, and then tap Start Installation to begin updating the app. Do not press the watch buttons or close the app until the update is completed. What do I do if an update fails? If there is an error message, tap Retry. If the problem persists, cancel the update and visit App store/play store to update again. Maintenance, support, and warranty How do I clean the watch? Thoroughly wipe the watch contacts with a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use soap or any other chemicals to clean the watch. Where can I find additional maintenance and support information?
