3 Important Notices With our Orbex Unlimited Special refresh now completed, we strongly recommend all Customers to go through our Pricing Guide in detail and if you have any queries about any of the information supplied in this Pricing Guide, please contact Orbex Support For simplicity we have highlighted some key changes below and where to find them. There will be a number changes implemented around the cease fee. Please see the section on page 5. We have a fantastic new product that could help users save over 95% on calls and SMS from the UK to abroad, see page 6 for details. There will be a number of adjustments to our out of bundle costs, both domestic and international. Visit page 12 for further details. With the introduction of Orbex Unlimited on O2, throughout this latest pricing guide the prices for O2 and Vodafone will be displayed as one. Although the products on both networks are identical in cost and value (excluding NEW International Caller), they are essentially separate products. 3

Our network partner Vodafone focuses on providing a strong signal indoors and outside unlike some operators who concentrate on spreading their signal over the widest area. Voice and Data access is supported when roaming overseas in a wide range of countries around the world. We have roaming agreements with over 550 networks over 200 countries. Euro and World Traveller Add-on enables you to access your UK tariff benefits whilst in Europe. 4

5 Orbex Unlimited Special Explained Cease and Migration Fees A single cease fee of 35 exc. VAT will be applied per subscription whether you require a PAC or disconnection. As an incentive to loyal customers, in the event numbers are active for over 24 months, the cease fee will be waived. New Business Only This tariff is specifically aimed at new business only and therefore migrations and standard re-signs on to these tariffs are exempt. In the event you would like to move your existing connections on to the new tariffs detailed within this guide, there will be a Tariff Migration Fee of 35 exc. VAT per number. In line with our cease fee incentive to encourage loyalty, connections active for over 24 months will be exempt from this charge. No 5

13 Opt-in and save with Orbex Euro Travel * Orbex Euro Travel allows users full access to their UK bundles and allowances while roaming in Europe * for just 2.50 (exc. VAT) per day. Includes EU Zone 1 and 2. Our daily roaming rate is currently applicable against ALL noted event types including received SMS Any usage will debited from the user s UK bundled allowance If a user makes a call outside of zone this will be chargeable at standard roaming out of zone rates If a user exceeds their UK allowances they will be liable to roaming pence per minute rates World Travel Select * Orbex's World Travel Select allows users full access to their UK bundles and allowances while roaming worldwide * for just 5.00 (exc. VAT) per day. 14 Points of Note Subject to change The Orbex Unlimited tariff is subject to change. Orbex Solutions Ltd will ensure at least 30 days notice is given before any changes take effect. Pay Plan and Price List Pay Plan and Prices are regularly updated, but where tariffs and bolt-ons are not listed within this pay plan, yet appear on the tariff guides, please contact Orbex Support for more information and details. Fixed Dial SIMs Please note that any deals utilising fixed dial SIMs must be referred to Commercial for approval via Support. Gateways/Artifically Inflated Traffic (AIT) Orbex Solutions Ltd does not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including without limitation, text or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile to mobile call or transmission. Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services. Orbex Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used. During suspension the liability for any access charges or calls will rest with the Customer. Terms Please note any defined terms used in this Pay Plan and price list have the same meanings as set out in the mobile reseller agreement between Orbex Solutions Ltd and the Customer (the Agreement ). The Pay Plan and/or price list may be amended and issued from time to time by Orbex Solutions Ltd. Early Termination Fees Early termination fees are applicable in all cases where a cease request has been submitted and the minimum agreed terms have not been completed. This fee is determined based on the pro rata cost of line rental remaining from the subscription s date of cease up to the end of the agreement, including any required notice periods. Questions?
