2 OVERVIEW From February 24th to February 27th, Country Bank and Mohave State Bank will complete a software integration which will enhance the Bank s operations, products and services. The product and service enhancements highlighted in the following pages will help us better meet your banking needs. Local (928) Toll-free (866) A NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT AND CEO Since the completion of the Country Bank and Mohave State Bank merger, our banking team has received and listened to great feedback from many of you. With these comments in mind our combined team has been busy refining the products and services we offer along with how we provide them. The system enhancements this February will help us improve our ability to service your accounts, offer new products and services and implement some of the changes you have been requesting. 3 BRANCH LOCATIONS AND PHONE NUMBERS: Country Bank and Mohave State Bank s product and service enhancements will allow you to complete banking transations at any of the nine branches in Yavapai and Mohave Counties. Country Bank - (866) Mohave State Bank - (888) VOICE/ TELEPHONE BANKING On February 25th and 26th, Voice/ Telephone Banking will allow account inquiries but other functions will be off-line until February 27th. 4 NEW ACCOUNT TYPES AND FEATURES The product and service enhancements will allow us to offer a new echecking account with no minimum balance requirement to waive monthly fees when certain conditions are met. In addition, if you have multiple banking relationships with our Bank, the enhancements will allow us to waive some fees based on combined balances. Contact us for more details. WEBSITE Beginning on February 27th, the Country Bank website will redirect to a combined Country Bank/ Mohave State Bank website. You can continue to use the web address. The look and feel of the page will change to reflect the combined Bank and updated products and services. ONLINE BANKING Accessing Your Account: At 6:00pm on February 24th, your current Country Bank online banking will go into inquiry only mode. This means you will not be able to perform transactions such as transfers or bill pay during this period of time. Beginning February 27th, you will be able to access your online banking through Mohave State Bank s online banking portal. Username: If your username had capital letters or spaces, your username will be updated to all lowercase without spaces. For example, if your username was Arizona Rocks, it will now be arizonarocks. Additionally, your username will now be called your Access ID. Password: The first time you log-in to online banking following the enhancements you will use a temporary password. This password will be the last four digits of the user s Social Security Number. Foreign customers who don t have a Social Security Number should contact their local branch. 5 ONLINE BANKING CONTINUED... Transfers, Bill Pay, and Alerts: Recurring transfers and Bill Pay information, such as merchants and scheduled payments, will not need to be re-entered after integration. However, all account alerts, such as check cleared alerts, low balance alerts, and deposit post alerts, will need to be re-established. The following five steps will guide you through this process: 1. Simply log on to online banking and click Messages on the top menu. 2. From the Alerts menu, choose the alert type. 3. Next, click Setup New Alert. 4. Click on the top right pull down menus for account type and alert preference. After you have made your selections, click Next. 5. Next, select your account and alert details. Enter your or phone number where you wish to receive your alert. Click Finish. To view, edit, or delete alerts, first log on to online banking and click Messages. Choose the alert type you would like to modify. Next, locate and click New, View, Edit or Delete listed next to the alert. Make your changes and click Finish. Quicken/Quickbooks: Transactions that are not downloaded on or before February 26th will not be available after that date and will have to be manually entered. To obtain the most accurate download please plan on completing your download between February 25th and February 26th. As Country Bank completes its system conversion to Mohave State Bank, you will need to modify your Quicken/QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. 6 INTRODUCING MOBILE BANKING AND POPMONEY Beginning February 27th, you can enroll in Mobile Banking. Enrolling in Mobile Banking gives you the freedom to view account information and complete banking transactions from your smartphone. That means you can bank almost anytime and from almost anywhere! Access Mobile Banking by downloading the MSB Mobile app on your mobile device. The app can be found on itunes or Google Play. To find the app, search either site by using the keyword Mohave State Bank. Popmoney Popmoney is a feature of mobile and online banking. It is an easy way to pay and get paid without writing checks or finding an ATM for cash. All you need is an address, mobile phone number or account number to securely send money. Fees and conditions apply. BANK STATEMENTS All Country Bank customers will receive a statement ending on February 24th. Beginning in March, your statements will look different but will contain the same information. If you are enrolled in estatements, your historical statements will temporarily be unavailable via online banking. If you are in need of a statement, please contact us at (928) or Toll-free (866) CHECKS Your current Country Bank checks will remain valid. AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS If you have automatic transfers between your Country Bank accounts, these services will continue. Page 5 ENHANCED PRODUCT AND SERVICE GUIDE

7 DEBIT CARDS New debit cards will be mailed beginning February 17th. You may begin using this new card on February 24th at 8:00am and destroy your old Country Bank card on February 27th. Your new card will be EMV chip enabled, which provides an extra layer of security. To activate your card, call and follow the prompts. Card limits are as follows: Personal Cards - $600/day cash withdrawal $3,000/day purchase limit Business Cards - $600/day cash withdrawal $5,000/day purchase limit Automatic payments linked to your Country Bank debit card will need to be updated to your new card. INTRODUCING A NEW ATM NETWORK As a debit card holder, you are now part of the Allpoint and Accel ATM networks. This means that you have access to over 55,000 surcharge free ATMs. Locate surcharge free ATMs online or download an ATM locator app at DIRECT DEPOSIT All current direct deposits or automatic drafts to the Country Bank routing number ( ) will be processed under the Mohave State Bank routing number ( ) and will continue to process normally. LOAN INFORMATION Inquiries and payments on current loans can be made online or at any branch.
