1 How to understand a csv file invoice.csv files are used my Eseye to send invoices to customers, they are easily opened in Excel. For help in finding an invoice, see: How to locate an invoice. An example.csv file viewed in Excel: 1 Column A ItemRef Column A displays the name of the items used by the SIM card(s). Each row represents one item by a single SIM card (for example if you have seven SIM cards using data there will be seven rows in this column displaying Data ). 1.1 Data This displays the details of mobile data used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears. 1.2 OffNetVoice This displays the details of the voice calls used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears.
2 1.3 Service This displays the details of the service charges, which cover both the active subscription on the HLR MNO and any bundled usage. Service charges are billed in advance Monthly billing The service charges are per calendar month. Due to the service charges being billed in advance the first bill will include two lines labelled Service per SIM card. This will total over one month s agreed service charge, because the bill includes the partial first month (prorated for the number of active days) and the second month. This appears as two lines on the bill the first is for the period that the SIM card was activate in the month before the billing date. The second is in advance of the upcoming month Annual billing The service charges are billed in advance. You will have one Service row for each SIM card. 1.4 SMS This displays the details of the SMS (small messaging service) used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears. 2 Column B - ICCID Column B displays the integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID) of the SIM card. 3 Column C MSISDN Column C displays the Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) of the SIM card.
3 4 Column D DataMSISDN Column D displays the Circuit Switched Data number, this is only assigned if the customer package needs it. 5 Column E PackageID Column E displays the number of the Eseye tariff that defines the pricing and configuration of the SIM card. 6 Column F - Package Column F displays a description of the tariff that the SIM card has been assigned.
4 7 Column G PackageItem ID Column G displays the number of the Eseye item tariff. This is a sub section of the PackageID based upon type of item and region. 8 Column H Description Column H displays a human readable description of the item, it can include a geographical region (e.g. zone 1) and a rounded quantity of the amount. 9 Column I - Start Column I displays the first date of billable usage for each item. 9.1 Data The Start column displays the date of the beginning of the first data session within the billable period. 9.2 OffNetVoice The Start column displays the date of the beginning of the first voice call within the billable period.

7 12 Column L - Currency Column L displays the currency that the item will be paid in. 13 Column M - Rate Column M displays the amount of money for each item. 14 Column N Amount Column N displays the total amount billed for each item Service If a SIM card was activated in the month before the billing date then there will also be a partial month service charge that is pro-rated for the number of days the SIM was active.
8 15 Column O FriendlyName Column O displays the Friendly name of the SIM card So you can easily recognise the SIM we recommend the site location or the purpose of the data connection, for help with setting the Friendly Name see: How to change Friendly Name of a SIM card. 16 Column P GroupName Column P displays the Group name that the SIM card belongs to. For help with setting the Group Name see: How to add or edit the Group Name of a SIM card or How to add or edit the Group Name of multiple SIM cards. 17 Column Q Activated Column Q displays the date and time that the SIM card was activated.
