32 The upload story Consumers love the cloud but they are not able to upload their files into it Care for elderly people services are available today Teleworking is a nice idea but they don t work as videoconferencing does not work on slow upload speeds but uploading files from the laptop takes ages Editing videos at home is fun with HD & 4K cameras You love 20 Megapixel cameras but there is no chance to share them online but did you ever try to upload those photos on Facebook?
33 Don t just take our word for it! When people get access to fibre, they don t just use more bandwidth, they find new ways of using it, too Jacob Bolin, Project Manager, Swedish Broadband Forum
34 FTTH Consumers are happy customers! FTTH/B users are massively more satisfied with their broadband solution than DSL customers. FTTH/B and DSL users agree on one thing, that Fiber Broadband is very good! There is a significant frustration from DSL users because they cannot upgrade to Fibre FTTH/B households use their home internet 32% more than DSL households, and are more open to adopting new services. FTTH/B customers are more valuable to operators than DSL customers, even if they do not always generate more revenue.
