If for any reason, you have not received all these items, please write us via Amazon or directly via the support address: support@unchainedwarrior.com. First you need to charge the bracelet. To charge the tracker, you will need to remove the fitness tracker device from the band and plug it in to a USB port on your computer or laptop. Please check that your computer or laptop is switched on, else the tracker will not charge. Once plugged into the USB port, the light will start flashing to show that the device is charging. The device achieves full charge in 45 minutes. Unplug the tracker and attach it to the straps again To switch on the fitness tracker, press and hold the screen. The device should come on if fully charged. Next, download the APP. You can either do this by scanning the QR Code on the tracker s packet or User Guide using the QR Reader app on your device: OR go to the Google or Apple App store to download the Zeroner Health App (this app is free with no in-app purchase). 3

4 Pairing Your Bracelet with your Device The next step is to pair your device with your phone to enable you see reports on steps, sleep tracking, calories burnt and distance covered for each day.

To pair your tracker, you will need to open the Zeroner Health App, and then tap the Bracelet sign on the top left corner (circled below in red) of the dashboard: Then wait for the Tracker Dashboard to be displayed as below and tap on the bracelet sign again: 5

9 This displays the search screen for the device as shown below: Tap on the Search and when your tracker is found then tap the device ID above (Note that this is a unique number for each device); then this small screen will appear with a pairing request as below: Tap Pair and you be taken to this page: Now your tracker has been successfully paired and you are ready to start tracking but before that you need to check and ensure that your settings are right on the above Settings page. 6

Time Format Here you can switch between the 12-hour and the 24-hour format. d. Wrist Turning Use this to set the tracker to show the time whenever you move your wrist. e.

10 On the Settings page you can do the following: a. Sedentary Here you can set reminders to move around to ensure you are moving and keeping active. b. Message Filtering When you tap this, you will be able to switch on and to receive social media alerts in form of a vibration on your tracker with just a brief headline of the message. c. Time Format Here you can switch between the 12-hour and the 24-hour format. d. Wrist Turning Use this to set the tracker to show the time whenever you move your wrist. e. Disconnected Reminder When switched on, this will vibrate the tracker whenever it is disconnected from your phone or tablet. f. Auto-Sleep Switch this on if you wish to track your sleep automatically. (Recommended) g. Reminder LED When switched on, the tracker will flash the LED light to remind you of an event you set a reminder for. 7

11 5 Activity Setting & Tracking: Steps, Calories, Steps and Sleep. Once your device is successfully paired with the smart tracker, you are ready for activity tracking. The device can track steps, Calories burnt, activity time, sleep and distance covered in a day. To track activities, launch the Zeroner Health app on your device, check that the device is paired to ensure you are presented with the correct tracking data. Once launched, you should see the Activity Tracking dashboard which shows the current day s summary as below: 8

Schedule & Alarm: To view your alarms and set up a new one; tap the schedule & alarm. Calories: The calories burnt in the current day are shown on the dashboard above.

Distance & Steps: This report is displayed when you tap the steps button from this dashboard: Please note the total distance covered is shown under the number of steps highlighted above.7 10

14 Sleep Tracking: The report below shows the time spent asleep: This report shows exactly when you fell asleep (in this case 22.45) and when you woke up (above it is 8.24am) and breaks down the sleep time into Deep Sleep, Light Sleep and the Wake Time. 11

15 You can also view a graphical representation of your sleep by tapping on Sleep State Distribution as below: You can also tap Advice to get some tips on how to sleep better: For example: Very good sleeping quality, keep it up! Make time for rest and listen to some soft music to help you sleep 12
