With Runtastic Me App The Runtastic Orbit works best with the Runtastic Me app.

8 Activation 1. Remove protective plastic film from display & activate Runtastic Orbit with a 2 sec. press of the Mode-Button 2. Insert Runtastic Orbit in your preferred wristband or clip. With Runtastic Me App The Runtastic Orbit works best with the Runtastic Me app. You can download the Runtastic Me App under: runtastic.com/apps/me Note: No Promotion Code is needed. Have you downloaded the app, you can login with your existing account or you have to create a new user. You will be guided step by step through the ME app.

9 Without Runtastic Me App The Runtastic Orbit can be used as a Stand-Alone-Device without the Runtastic ME app. In this case, default values are used for the calculation of the data.

10 Communication between Orbit and Smartphone The communication between the Runtastic Orbit and your smartphone takes place via Bluetooth Smart. Works with iphone 4s and more recent versions and with Bluetooth Smart Ready Android devices running Android 4.3 and more recent versions.

11 Modes and Views There are 3 different modes of the Orbit Normal mode: I. Time II. Steps III. Calories IV. Active Minutes Sleep mode: I. Sleep duration II. Sleep quality Orbit Connect: Allows the Runtastic app to use the Orbit as a second display. You can switch between normal and sleep mode by pressing the Mode-Button for 3 seconds. The Orbit Connect mode will be started automatically when you start an app supporting Orbit Connect.

12 Normal Mode Time The time mode will be set automatically by the ME app. Steps The Runtastic Orbit tracks your steps as long as it is not in sleep mode. This mode shows you the steps that you already took today. The counter resets at midnight - the data will be stored on the Orbit as long as there is enough storage or until it is synced with the Runtastic Me app. Calories Burned The Runtastic Orbit calculates the calories that you have burned so far today. The calculation is based on your activity and personal data that the Runtastic Orbit gets from the Runtastic Me app. Active Minutes This value displayed on the Orbit shows you how many minutes you ve been active this day/since midnight.

13 Sleep Mode When you go to sleep, wear your Runtastic Orbit and push the Mode-Button in time mode for 3 seconds until it vibrates and the sleep icon is shown. The Runtastic Orbit measures your sleep duration and sleep quality. Sleep Duration When the Runtastic Orbit is in sleep mode, it determines your sleep duration. Just push the Mode-Button until you see the Sleep Duration icon. The Runtastic Orbit will show you your current sleep duration. Exit Sleep Mode When the night is over and you wake up, push the Mode-Button for 3 seconds until the Orbit vibrates and it shows the morning icon.

Viewer Mode (ORBIT CONNECT) The Runtastic Orbit can also be used as a second screen for the Runtastic app. Your Orbit will be connected to your account.

14 Viewer Mode (ORBIT CONNECT) The Runtastic Orbit can also be used as a second screen for the Runtastic app. Your Orbit will be connected to your account. To use this mode you have to check the Orbit connect feature from within the Runtastic app (settings). Following values of your active sport session can be viewed on the Orbit display. Currently Orbit connect is only supported by the Runtastic app, but more apps will follow.

15 Features Ambient Light measurement Every 3 minutes the ambient light will be measured via a sensor and shown in the Me app. Darkness when sleeping and enough (sun-)light during the day supports health and a positive mood. Happy Tracking The Runtastic Orbit allows to track a happy mood. A Happy Tracking is triggered with two fast presses on the Mode-Button. Goals The Orbit shows you the current progress of your step-achievement directly. Vibration and special icons / symbols give you information as soon as you've done 50% or 100% of your goal.

16 Idle Notification The Orbit motivates to a more active lifestyle. A vibration reminds you after a long period of inactivity from being active. This feature can be turned On/Off in the Me app Orbit settings. Alarm You can set 3 different Alarms in the ME app. The alarm triggers a vibration at the orbit and displays the following symbol

17 Storage and Data Sync The Orbit syncs the data with the Me App when the phone is in reach and regularly updates the values. When the storage of the Runtastic Orbit is full, it will start overwriting the oldest data until it is synced again. The Orbit can store datas up to 7 days.

18 Battery and Charging The Runtastic Orbit has a long-lasting battery that lasts between 5 and 7 days. To recharge the battery, simply connect the included charging cable to the Runtastic Orbit and plug it into a USB power source.

19 Runtastic Orbit is the best Activity Tracker because it can be used as a second screen for the Runtastic app (Viewer Mode) it is 100m waterproof it comes with a second band and a clip there are six additional wristbands in various colors available it will be totally integrated in our Runtastic Ecosystem
