16 IOSC Intersputnik The Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications has been offering telecommunications services since 1971 On the basis of its experience the Organization cooperates with the governments and companies planning the foundation of national satellite communication systems and supports during the projects realization Intersputnik owns the large frequency-orbital resource and offers the national governments, which don t have any own coordinated frequencies on the geostationary satellites, cooperation in the SA allocation in the Organization s points Furthermore, the strong cooperation of Intersputnik with the leading manufacturers of space and ground systems equipment providing the launching to the orbit, allows the Organization to fulfill the technical accompaniment of the works at all stages of the satellite systems realization: from the choice of platform and up to SA operation
17 Frequency-orbital resource Intersputnik are working routinely under the declaration, coordination and international registration of the frequency in the position on the geostationary orbit At present time Intersputnik has declared the frequencies at 8 points on the geostationary orbit This frequency-orbital resource can be used for the foundation of national and regional satellite systems 16W 3W 1.2E 17E 27E 75E 98.5E 153.5E Coordination of one or several declared satellite networks in the position has been done and it is waited for their adding to the International Frequency Register. It s carrying on agreement of coordination conditions.
