3 3 OPTM3111 OPTOMETRY 3A There will be NO supplementary examinations in Binocular Vision Theory. Environmental Optometry Theory Examination The following student should report to K-K OMB151 (Old Main Building 151) on Thursday, July 5 th, 2018 at 10:00AM for a supplementary examination in Environmental Optometry - Theory. The format of the exam will be similar to that of the original exam, and the duration will be 1.0 hour. No materials or calculators are to be brought to the exam. Bring a pen. General feedback and advice based on performance on the original theory exam is available on Moodle at the top of the Env Optometry section Binocular Vision Practical Examination The following students should report to the Preclinic Lab in the Rupert Myer building on Monday July 2 at the time specified for a supplementary examination in Binocular Vision - Practical. The format of the exam will be similar to that of the original exam, except for the following: (1) the exam may last from minutes per person; (2) the exam will probably involve demonstrating proficiency in more than 2 techniques, and (3) a patient will be provided for you. Because we don t know the exact duration of the examinations, it is likely that we will run late, so be prepared to wait. Bring your retinoscope and targets as required for the original practical examination. A document giving general feedback from previous prac exams was posted on Moodle before the prac exam. That document outlines most of the errors that were made in the current exam as well. Do not contact Dr Asper or any of the other examiners by phone or or in person for individual feedback.
