1 Assessor Training Course International Following the launch of Gulf, Europe and prior to other plans of international expansion, we are pleased to announce the need to increase our International Assessor Network worldwide. Training Dates Please check for availability, booking closes one week before the course start date. Numbers on each course are limited and so early booking is advised. Please also note that these are provisional dates and will be confirmed based on minimum numbers attending. Those interested in carrying out assessments outside of the UK and Bespoke assessments in the UK providing an additional service to your organisation opening up further marketing opportunities satisfying professional CPD requirements and gaining a recognised qualification at the same time. Intended audience This training course is specifically designed for individuals wishing to carry out International and UK Bespoke assessments. Course Content and Duration The format of the whole training course will be based on a combination of presentations and interactive workshops. Further details can be found below. Course Fee The fee includes all material including access to the International assessor manual. All candidates completing the course will receive a CPD certificate. Further details can be found below. & Test Assessment Please note that all those wishing to undertake International assessments are required to achieve certification against the Competent Persons Scheme, this is provided by BRE Global. For certification you will need to complete the following process: an examination taken under controlled classroom conditions at the end of the International top-up training day and in some cases a test assessment (after the course) which is submitted to BRE. An application form for Certification against the Competent Persons Scheme is then completed after you have successfully passed the examination. Please note that the training course and all associated documentation are in English, the delegate must therefore have a sufficient understanding of written and spoken English. Qualified Bespoke Assessor (with International assessments ongoing or completed ) Please use booking form on Bespoke assessor Extranet Duration Training package includes Costs What buildings can be assessed with this qualification 1 day The scope of International (schemes and individual buildings). The assessment tool, (which covers multifunction buildings). Technical issues that differ significantly from the UK versions. Differences in the assessment process and fee structure, to include the Lodgement Fee. Requirements and process for an individual building undergoing an International Bespoke assessment. An exam testing the use of the tool, technical criteria and process issues. Training course: Fees arranged for individuals according to their experience and circumstances. Successful completion of the International course allows Assessors to: Carry out Bespoke assessments for individual buildings internationally (including the UK, provided the relevant licence is in place). Carry out assessments for International schemes such as Gulf and other European schemes. It will not allow Assessors to: Carry out assessments in the UK using a version for which they do not have the correct training, qualification or licence.
