27 27 UNICERT PROFESSIONAL «Executive Management Secretary» The certification provides a valuable asset in today's labor arena, taking into account the constant transition of the situation. The prerequisites for participation are: Certificate of secondary education or apprenticeship schools of O.A.E.D. Computing Science Knowledge or Computer Use Certificate corresponding to Unicert Primary for modules 2, 3 and 4 The certification exam consists of two parts of 45 minutes each, to answer 28 questions: MULTIPLE CHOICE type, for the theoretical part, SCRIPT TYPE for the practical part, which deals with advanced knowledge and skills in office applications (corresponding seven questions for each module of Unicert Advanced certification) and the passing grade is 70%.

61 Enrollment: Steps (pre-registering) 1. People fill in the application form attaching the supporting documents and send them to a certified center all over Greece ( 1. The center sends through the partner s platform the necessary documents to Unicert (my.unicert.gr). 2. Unicert checks again the documentation and sends them to the University. 3. The University checks the documentation and approves for the progression of the procedure. 4. Taking into consideration the Hellenic bank system, a certification of bank enrollment is issued. (registering) The candidate makes the first deposit of the fees in the account of Cyprus University. 61

65 Affiliate Certified Centres Each centre of interest, which comes to an agreement with Unicert, will have the supervision during the supervision of the postgraduate programs in its area. Specifically, it undertakes: the preregistering of the students, the collection of documentation, the consignment to Unicert and the conduction of examinations. The certified centre will have access to the information system of Unicert, which provides full support in every step of the procedure and communication with every interested party. 65
