5 Purchase an Exam Step 1: Enter the number of exams you would like to purchase and ADD to cart Step 2: Review you cart and check out. Step 3: Login to your Paypal account or Pay with a debit or credit card. Step 4: Go back to My Exams Section: Download button will appear. Print number of exams purchased. Your exam will have a unique ID. If you would like an A and B exam for students make two separate purcases. (Identify the exams by placing an A or B) Step 5: Additional forms needed for Training/Examination Download Student Exam Zipscan Download Student Survey These forms can be found under MOT Resources. Course material (Powerpoints, Videos, Forms, guides and handouts) can also be found under TTC Resources. i.e. AMOT Course Package, IMOT Course Package. To insert a link, image, or table to the description box simply right click on it. Once you have completed all sections click Save Changes and your company information will appear on Find a Training Provider. IF you fall under an umbrella where you share the Provider#, only the main provider information will appear on the list. Schedule Trainings and Create a date in Edit Announce IV. Purchase Exams (Exams expire in 30 days so plan accordingly) V. For Training Day of Class: o Print Copies of Student Packets (PPT Handouts, DS Handouts, Design Standards) o Print Copies of Exams for Students o Print Copies of Zipscans/Scantrons (TTC Resources) o Print Copies of Surveys (TTC Resources) o Print Sign-in/Consent Form (TTC Resources) VI.
