1 What is RSA SecurWorld Academy? RSA SecurWorld Academy is RSA s formal accreditation & certification program for SecurWorld resellers and distributors, providing them with the educational resources and tools to make the most of their relationship with RSA. The program is structured to provide flexible training to make our Partners sales and presales technical teams better prepared to fully understand and position the value of the RSA portfolio. The majority of the SecurWorld Academy curriculum is delivered online to minimize time out of the field, and all content is. SecurWorld Academy Highlights Role-based and solution-centric curriculum aligned with partners and RSA s joint Go-to-Market NEW, online curriculums that leverage interactive videos including: o Whiteboards o Product Demonstrations o Role Plays Formal accreditation & certification program for individuals trained on RSA solutions, including inperson engagement with RSA for those highly skilled & qualified partners SecurWorld Academy Framework Below is a high level overview of the paths available for both sales reps and SEs within SecurWorld Academy. You start by selecting your desired track, followed by your appropriate role within your organization. Based on your selected criteria, there are three levels of training available: Level 1 is called Associate, Level 2 is called Professional, and Level 3 is called Master (for SEs only). There are four unique curriculums available, as outlined below. The key learning objectives include: Understand customers current security challenges within the four market areas of advanced security operations, identity and access management, fraud and risk intelligence, and governance, risk, and compliance Understand the key features/functions of each RSA solution and how they solve customers challenges within specific use cases Readily position and defend RSA s products/solutions against competitors Sales Associate Accreditation in Advanced Security Operations (ASOC) Sales Associate Accreditation in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Sales Associate Accreditation in Fraud & Risk Intelligence (FRI) Sales Associate Accreditation in Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Online, self-paced 3 hours Online, self-paced 2.5 hours Online, self-paced 3 hours Online, self-paced 2.5 hours Level 2: Sales Professional The Professional level is the second level of training catered to sales reps within RSA SecurWorld Academy. This is available for three solution areas, as outlined below. The key learning objectives include: Engage with an RSA specialist to be able to effectively position key RSA solutions on an active opportunity through a product whiteboard/demonstration Sales Professional Accreditation in Advanced Security Operations (ASOC) Sales Professional Accreditation in Fraud & Risk Intelligence (FRI) Sales Professional Accreditation in Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC)

3 Presales Training Level 1: SE Associate The Associate level is the first level of training catered to sales engineers within RSA SecurWorld Academy. This is available for six products, each of which is aligned to one of the product areas covered at the SE Associate level. The key learning objectives include: Understand the architecture of a specific RSA product through a series of whiteboards and product demonstrations Understand critical installation & configuration processes to be able to address customer questions and concerns Be familiar with the user interface (UI) of the RSA solution Advanced Security Operations (ASOC) Security Analytics Identity & Access Management (IAM) Authentication Manager Identity Management & Governance 1.5 hours Fraud & Risk Intelligence (FRI) Adaptive Authentication Web Threat Detection Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Archer

4 Level 3: SE Master The Master level is the third level of training catered to sales engineers within RSA SecurWorld Academy. This is available for six products, consistent with the SE Professional curriculums. The key learning objectives include: Engage with an RSA SE to do the following: o Practice whiteboarding of the chosen RSA solution o Perform a Proof-of-concept (POC) of the RSA solution, either by the RSA SE shadowing an active opportunity being driven by the Partner, or by shadowing the RSA SE on an opportunity that RSA is driving Advanced Security Operations (ASOC) Identity & Access Management (IAM) Fraud & Risk Intelligence (FRI) SE Master Certification in Security Analytics SE Master Certification in Authentication Manager SE Master Certification in Identity Management & Governance SE Master Certification in Adaptive Authentication SE Master Certification in Web Threat Detection Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) SE Master Certification in Archer Accessing RSA SecurWorld Academy Follow these steps to access RSA SecurWorld Academy content. 1. Login to and navigate to Training tab (shown on right) 2. Click on the Launch Training button (shown below)

5 3. Once you arrive, you will be brought to the homepage of RSA EduTube, where all of the online SecurWorld Academy content is located. You should see a page like below. 4. You can view your current enrollments under the Enrollments box (1), or you can enroll in a new curriculum by clicking on the Course Catalog button (2). 5. Once enrolled in a curriculum, you can complete courses by clicking on the view courses button (3). In most cases, the courses must be completed in sequential order, and you will need to view a certain percentage of the total video to move onto the next video. When a video is available to be taken, it will show a take now button (4).

6 6. Once you have completed a curriculum, it will reflect as completed within RSA EduTube. At that time, you will be ed a certificate from RSA EduTube, which will be sent from a noreplies@brainshark.com alias. You can also download this certificate at any time directly within RSA EduTube. a. In addition, all of your completed curriculums in RSA EduTube will flow into RSA Partner Central. Please allow 24 hours for these curriculums to feed in properly into RSA Partner Central. 7. For the in-person offerings (Sales Professional, SE Master), please work directly with your RSA Channel Account Manager on scheduling. These are not available within RSA EduTube, as they are to be organized by the RSA Channel Sales team. Please Note: Translated Training You will automatically be enrolled into a curriculum for the language that aligns to your country. Languages available include: Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Mexican Spanish, & Brazilian Portuguese. If you wish to complete a curriculum in a different language, proceed to Course Catalog and then Curriculums.
