1 AINDT & PCN Courses: Levels 1 & Australia Course Fees PLEASE NOTE: All Lavender International courses INCLUDE examination fees and PCN levy/ AINDT fee contribution. Course AINDT / Level Total Description Cost PCN Duration (AUS $) Alternating Current Field Measurement Initial PCN 1 & 2 10 days This initial course incorporates the Level 1 examination during the two week programme as a requirement 12 months work experience is required prior to issue of 6080 Eddy Current Testing of Welds Initial PCN 1 5 days 3 months work experience in ET is required prior to issue of certification Eddy Current Testing of Welds Initial PCN 2 10 days 12 months work experience in ET is required prior to issue of Eddy Current Tubes Testing Initial PCN 2 10 days 12 months work experience in ET is required prior to issue of Eddy Current Tubes Testing Upgrade PCN 2 5 days This is an Eddy Current Tubes Testing upgrade course for people holding current Eddy Current Level 2 no additional work experience required. Magnetic Testing Initial AINDT or PCN 1 4 days 1 month work experience in MT is required prior to issue of

2 Magnetic Testing (Direct to Level 2) AINDT or PCN 2 5 days 4 months work experience in MT is required prior to issue of Penetrant Testing AINDT or PCN 1 4 days 1 month work experience in PT is required prior to issue of Penetrant Testing (Direct to Level 2) AINDT or PCN 2 5 days 4 months work experience in PT is required prior to issue of MT/PT Bundle (Consists of the MT and PT Level 2 course, plus Accelerated Work Experience) Radiographic Testing of Welds Initial (Including WA Radiation Safety License training and exam) Radiographic Testing of Welds Initial (If already hold a Radiation Safety License) Radiographic Testing of Welds Upgrade AINDT or PCN 2 20 days This is a programme to allow candidates to fast track their work experience requirements for 9 days of accelerated work experience is equivalent to 2 months experience required for MT/PT certification (conducted over a 10 day period). This is the maximum that can be claimed. AINDT or PCN 2 17 days 12 months work experience in RT is required prior to issue of Includes Radiation Safety license (WA) training & exam. Must hold Radiography Assistant certificate as pre-requisite. AINDT or PCN 2 12 days This is an initial RT course for people who hold a Radiation Safety License 12 months work experience in RT is require prior to issue of PCN 2 5 days This is an initial course to upgrade from RI to RT an additional 6 months work experience in RT is required prior to issue of certification (if RI cert held, otherwise 12 months total required). Must hold Radiography Assistant cert as prerequisite

3 Radiographic Interpretation Initial PCN 2 7 days 6 months work experience in RI is required prior to issue of certification (for direct entry to Level 2) Radiation Safety N/A 5 days This course is a requirement to hold a Radiation Safety license exams for WA Radiological Council Ultrasonic Testing Plate Tester Initial PCN 2 5 days 4 months work experience in UT is required prior to issue of Ultrasonic Testing Initial Welds, Plate & Pipe (3.1 & 3.2) Ultrasonic Testing Initial Nozzle & Nodes (3.8 & 3.9) AINDT 1 5 days 3 months work experience in UT is required prior to issues of PCN 1 9 days This 9 day programme is designed for initial candidates 3 months work experience in UT is required prior to issue of certification PCN 2 10 days This 10 day programme is designed for students holding AINDT* certification in UT or with 5 years work experience. PCN or AINDT 2 18 days This 18 day** programme is designed for initial candidates 12 months work experience in UT is required prior to issue of AINDT or PCN 2 5 days This 5 day programme is designed for initial candidates who have UTW2 PCN 3.1 and/or 3.2 Certification or AINDT UT

4 Ultrasonic Phased Array Initial AINDT or PCN 2 12 days This 12 day programme is designed for initial candidates holding UTW2 PCN Certification or accepted equivalent 4 months work experience in PA is required prior to issue of PCN For AINDT, 6 months work experience is required Ultrasonic Time of Flight Diffraction Initial AINDT or PCN 2 10 days This 10 day programme is designed for initial candidates holding UTW2 PCN Certification or accepted equivalent 12 months work experience in TOFD is required prior to issue of PCN For AINDT, 6 months work experience is required Weld Inspector Initial PCN 2 5 days 12 months work experience in WI is required prior to issue of certification (for direct entry to Level 2)* (*There are other options for experience that recognise NDT certification held) 2365

5 Training Only Course Total Duration Description Cost (AUS $) Accelerated Work Experience (Magnetic Testing or Penetrant Testing) 10 days This is a programme to allow candidates to fast track their work experience requirements for 9 days of accelerated work experience is equivalent to 2 months experience required for MT/PT certification (conducted over a 10 day period). This is the maximum that can be claimed PAYMENT FOR THE COURSE IS REQUIRED IN FULL ALONG WITH THE COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND COPIES OF CERTIFICATION All course enquiries and bookings are made through (AUS) bookingsaus@lavender-ndt.com These fees are all inclusive no additional fees to that quoted above, except where payment is by credit card where 2% + gst is added to the total (effective for bookings made from 1 Feb 2017) ** The additional days of training provided are on the basis of our experience administering these courses - this has shown that the additional days results in a higher competency level of the technician
