10 Sensor Condeco Powering Change

11 The recommended method of connectivity is to use a fxed network connection such as the customers LAN or an ADSL connection. The Condeco Sense gateway can be connected via a 3G wireless network connection although for large deployments a fxed line is recommended. The gateway needs to connect to the internet to transmit its collected data using HTTP/ HTTPS on port 80 or 443. When the customer is providing internet access through their existing network then confgurations such as VLANs can be used. Connectivity

12 Even though the data transmitted across the wireless network does not contain any sensitive information all data is AES 128-bit encrypted. Data transmitted to the Condeco Sense Servers uses HTTPS on port 443 to protect the data. This data is a combination of ID and reference numbers and does not contain any data directly decipherable to the customer or their location. Security
