With regards to the same clause we presume the cabling has to be considered as turn key,end to end.in case there any cabling provision, I/O's etc available at MTNL Building. Kindly confirm and clarify? Inclusive of 2000 extensions Bidder has to carry out site survey.

5 With regards to the connectivity to the existing EPABX of SBI at Railway Stn building, what is the existing connectivity ( ISDN / IP ) available with existing EPABX of Karel make. Also whether the media is available for connecting GITC building to Railway stn Building office? (i) Both building (GITC Belapur and CBD Belapur Railway station) are interconnected through LAN Network. (ii)bidder has to advise the connectivity requirement for GITC 17 Belapur and SBI Nerul Colony. (iii) Bidder has to ensure that at any point of time at least 200 concurrent intercom calls among all three EPABXs With regards to clause 7.0, please note the Phone specifications are proprietary in nature inclined towards a specific vendor. We request to generalize to open specifications as every OEM has a unique design & functionality for the phones restricted to itself due to patents & rights. General specification & functionality will be available. With regards to Clause 10 page 82 - Kindly confirm whether the Unified messaging has to be integrated with SBI System or is it a future requirement wherein the system should be capable of the same. With regards to Clause 11 page 82 - with regards to the clause for Malicious Call Voice recording, will it be accessible to all users, if no kindly specify the users/ports to factor accordingly. The Quantity of IP Phones / Digital Phones is not mentioned? Do we have to offer or will be procured later? (Analog/ IP Phones/ Voice mail for 1000 users from day 1. However, integration with the Bank s system in future. All users should have on demand ongoing conversation recording (either Internal or External call) on Digital & IP Phones..

6 The specification of the Digital & IP Phones are favoring to specific OEM and certain features are propriety like Alphabetic Keyboard, We request you 22 kindly give us functional requirement of Digital & IP Phones so that appropriate model can proposed. 23 Also kindly provide the breakup of required Entry Level & High End Level Digital/IP Phones As the cabling are required from SBI GITC Building to MTNL Building, Please confirm all necessary approvals shall be arranged by SBI. We request you to kindly define the quantity of cabling for fair price comparison. The payment can be done as per actuals consumption. Terminal is required for Blind/Visually handicapped operator We understand you are expecting a solution specific to Blind/Visually handicapped operator rather than using a phone based console with additional key module (BLF). Please confirm. The bidder has to coordinate among various stack holders and arrange for all paper work for permissions on behalf of the Bank. As per RFP (on turn key basis) Reply: As per RFP (PC based, Hard Phone based and dedicated console for Blind /Visually handicapped operator)
