Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 is designed to provide real-time network discovery, topology visualization, and root cause analysis for layer 2 and 3 networks, including IP, Ethernet, and multiprotocol label switching (MPLS). Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 helps you visualize and better understand complex networks and the impact of network events and failures upon them. Its topology-based event correlation and root-cause analytics help network operators work more efficiently by focusing time and attention on root cause events, and by helping to identify symptom events that can be filtered into a separate view. The network discovery and modeling capability of Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 can provide enterprises with more accurate, real-time visibility of the network infrastructure to help: Reduce operational expenditures and future capital expenditure Maximize the network's performance IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 1

In addition, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 offers many network inventory reports out-of-the-box and the capability to create custom reports. Key prerequisites An install of IBM Tivoli Netcool/Webtop is required per install of IBM Tivoli Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7. Planned availability dates September 19, 2007: Electronic software delivery in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese September 26, 2007: Media in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese Description Using advanced network discovery and visualization, you can view the network infrastructure and associated events that can be critical to your business. The network discovery and modeling capabilities of Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 can provide enterprises with more accurate, real-time visibility of the network infrastructure to help: Reduce operational expenditures and future capital expenditure Maximize the network's performance In addition, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 offers many network inventory reports out-of-the-box and the capability to create custom reports. Comprehensive solution The Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 solution includes: The prerequisite products, IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus V7.1 and IBM Tivoli Netcool/Webtop V2.1, in the deliverable package. These products provide event management and monitoring for the discovered network. Use of these products is subject to the terms of the License Information document. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 that is designed to provide: Network discovery Modeling and visualization Active monitoring Topology-based root cause analysis Network inventory reports A quick start installer to more quickly install and configure the product in line with best practices. This can help the SMB organization more quickly realize a gain with a smaller deployment requirement. Automated network discovery and modeling Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 is designed to provide the user with the capability to automatically discover network devices and their connectivity. Its discovery engine can be configured through a Web-based graphical wizard, providing the network operator with full control of the discovery process and how the discovered data should be presented to the user. The Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 autodiscovery process constructs a network connectivity model which is maintained by periodic rediscovery (including event driven partial-rediscovery). Its plug and play agent-based discovery allows new technologies to be added quickly to help adapt to evolving networks. Specifically, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7: IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 2

Helps discover almost all layer 2 and 3 network devices, interfaces, and layer 2 and 3 connectivity Supports the following network technologies: IP, Ethernet, Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP), Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Interim Local Management Interface (ILMI) and Private Network-to-Network Interface (PNNI), Cisco Frame Relay (CFR), Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), and static Network Address Translation (NAT) Supports all major equipment providers through support for standard Request for Comments (RFC) Management Information Base (MIB) and specific vendor MIBs (such as Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Laurel, Nortel, Extreme, and so on) Active monitoring In IP networks, many devices try to send events to a management system when errors occur. However, this event delivery is not standard and is not guaranteed. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 supports actively polling network devices to help proactively identify problems in the network. Monitoring policies can be fine tuned for a group of devices (each policy identifies the attributes of the device to poll to better understand the health of a device). In addition, poll intervals can be customized to cater to site-specific requirements. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes many default pollers out-of-the-box, including an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) ping poller and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) poller. Network operators can create their own polling processes using text-based configuration files. When polling in Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 fails, it creates event records for these failures. These events appear in the network management event console or a centralized event console. They can be processed by Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7's event correlation engine and any installed event management tools. Network visualization Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes a Web-based network topology visualization tool. The network visualization GUI uses the network topology and event information from Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 (and, if applicable, your event management system) to generate graphical maps of the network topology around particular devices and send these maps to Web clients on demand. The alarm state of each device is displayed in all network views. This alarm state is retrieved from the event management system and represents the highest severity alarm state on the device. Network operators can drill down on specific problems in your event list to locate the alarmed device in the network topology view, or show a list of all outstanding alarms on a selected device in the network topology view. In Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7, the following Web-based GUIs are available: Network Topology Visualization: GUI for visualizing the network topology Device Structure Browser: Drill down to see a particular device's configuration MIB Browser: GUI for viewing SNMP MIB variable values associated with devices in the topology Network Discovery GUI: For configuring and tracking the status of discoveries Monitor Configuration GUI: For configuring the active monitoring and SNMP polling functionality The network topology GUI includes several ways of visualizing the network topology, such as: 1. Hop View: Displays network connectivity centered around a particular device of the user's choosing. The displayed topology consists of every device connected to this device within a configurable number of "hops," allowing the user to control how much information is presented. 2. Network View: Allows a user to browse the network that Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 is managing. The user can interact with the Network View to create custom views of the network. In addition, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 can autopartition the network topology, providing multiple views of the network based on the network's configuration. The network topology GUI includes preconfigured partitions by default (but these can be modified or extended through IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 3

configuration). Examples include: Global VLANs: Groups devices based on membership in a global VLAN. NAT address spaces: Groups devices based on membership of a single NAT address space. Border gateway protocol (BGP) autonomous system (AS) collections: Groups routers, which communicate with each other using the BGP routing. Protocol in the same AS. Open shortest path first (OSPF) collections: Groups routers, which communicate with each other using the OSPF routing. Protocol in the same autonomous ASs. This option enables you to list the ASs and then drill down to see the OSPF areas within each AS. Device types: Groups devices based on the type of device in the network. For example, it separates out routers and switches so that you can view each of these different device types separately. Device classes: Groups devices based on the device classes. It lists main classes, such as Cisco, and subclasses, such as Cisco7500, in a hierarchical tree. The topology visualization GUI, the device structure browser GUI, and the event list GUI all support right-click tools to launch a vendor-specific operation, and administration and maintenance tools in context from a selected device, interface, or event. Topology-based root cause analysis A failure situation on the network usually generates multiple alerts creating noise on the network operator's console. Root cause analysis is the process of correlating alarms related to a single failure on the network and then determining the root cause from the symptomatic alerts. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 performs root cause analysis by correlating event information with topology information and updating the event records accordingly. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes default topology-based event correlation policies that map network events onto its topology model and help identify events as root causes. Example policies include: Isolated and downstream suppression: For example, correlating a device failure event to all the resulting ping failure downstream and surrounding events. Physical neighbor suppression: For example, correlating a chassis failure to all failures on interfaces connected to that chassis device. Event correlation in redundant meshed networks: For example, correlating a catastrophic failure of multiple redundant links at the provider-edge to the resultant flood of ping failure events from downstream devices. Logical to physical topology event correlation: For example, correlating a link failure that leads to OSPF neighbor loss events. All policies are generic and can be applied to multiple network technologies. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 can use rule chaining to allow individual events to generate a sequence of correlations. The default policies can be modified and extended by the network operator. Inventory reports and data integrations IBM has developed new inventory reports based on the Eclipse Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) technology. The following device availability reports are provided: Summary reports on discovered assets Detailed drill-down reports on discovered assets Availability reports showing current status of devices and their ports and interfaces Availability reports showing devices with root cause problems sorted by age An IBM Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB) integration module is available on the IBM Open Process Automation Library (OPAL) to populate the CCMDB with IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 4

network configuration information discovered by Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7. The Discovery Library Adapter provides the CCMDB with basic network resource information or, alternatively, IPv4 subnetting and addressing information. Visit the OPAL Web site at Faster time to value A quick start installer more quickly installs and configures Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 in line with best practices. This installer first confirms that the host system has adequate resources. The installer then installs the software and performs the following configuration steps: Creates default user accounts including system administrator, network operator, and read-only network operator Creates and enables default monitoring policies that will ping for connectivity failure automatically when a new network device is discovered Configures Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 to connect to an existing IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus and IBM Tivoli Netcool/Webtop installation or install Netcool/OMNIbus and Netcool/Webtop, if appropriate In addition, the installer prompts the user for information in order to start a network discovery. This discovery demonstrates to the system administrator that the software has been deployed and configured correctly and quickly returns an initial discovery of the network. Ease of use Server administrator tasks: To ease server administration, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes the following functions for ongoing provisioning: Refine your discovery for network change: Add Custom Link script connects topology around unmanaged regions. Add and Remove Nodes script immediately adds new devices for monitoring or removes nodes the server administrator no longer wishes to manage without waiting for the next scheduled discovery poll. Trigger partial discovery of device on demand without waiting for the next scheduled discovery poll. Mark nodes and interfaces in maintenance or unmanaged. Through the user interface (UI), server administrators can mark a device or interface unmanaged (or in-maintenance mode). Any subsequent alarms from this component generated by configuration changes can be grouped and identified as within a maintenance window so that network operators can prioritize these events appropriately. Monitor configuration UI. A Web-based UI enables a server administrator to define network data polling policies to actively help monitor the health of the network and flag network deterioration before it causes a service outage. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 delivers many predefined policies (for example, monitor the CPU usage of all Cisco routers in my Manhattan office every 3 seconds and create a major alarm if the usage goes above 90%). Server administrators can use scripts to provided common administrator tasks, such as: Control the system: Uniformly start, stop, and show status of Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7. Automatically start Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 at system reboot. Backup the installation. Support the system: Integration with IBM Support Assistance Tier 2 integration is included. Scripts to collect logs, cores, and system environment help IBM Support troubleshoot any configuration issues. 6 Network operator tasks: Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes a new device structure browser view that allows a network operator to drill into an individual device's configuration. This view provides a means to navigate down to the chassis, cards, ports, and interfaces on any selected device. It offers detailed configuration and status information on each component and the ability to launch an in-context operational, administration, and maintenance tool from the selected component. This view is designed so navigation and administration is consistent with the network topology maps. The network topology views are substantially enhanced to include: More default views and partitions out of the box Simplified view creation using a Web-based GUI wizard Filter views on any discovered configuration item Improved MPLS, OSPF, and BGP views Dynamic autopartitioning to create new partitions automatically if a newly discovered device does not match the current set of partitions Extended next-generation network support Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes enhanced MPLS discovery and event correlation rules. In analyzing common problems that occur in MPLS networks, event correlation rules can be prioritized based on how often a problem occurs and whether it affects service. Failure can occur frequently (perhaps on a daily basis) at the service provider's network edge, and backup network links may not be available. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 helps: Identify customer edge (CE) routers, correlate events generated by a failure between provider edge (PE) and CE, and enrich events with affected VRF and customer information Actively monitor the link between PE and CE, generate failure events, and publish to the event console and event correlation engine In service provider core networks, failure of a Label Switched Path (LSP) typically occurs weekly. To help diagnose the problem, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes the following features: Discovery agents for fast route target-based discovery, using SNMP and Telnet Traditional LSP-based discovery Failures in the network core typically occur less frequently. If a physical failure of links occurs between a PE and provider (P) router or P-to-P router, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 can help: Enrich physical link failure events with interface information from both ends Correlate certain control plane adjacency failures to the underlying physical link failure events Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 includes improvements in OSPF and BGP discovery and visualization. These improvements include: Identification of private and public BGP Abstract Syntax Notation (ASN) Resolution of public ASN to names Identification of OSPF area and router types such as stub areas, area border routers, designated routers, and so on Discovery and visualization of OSPF Network Link State Advertisements (LSA) Identification of ibgp and ebgp peering sessions Inference of ebgp speakers in external networks In addition to discovery and modeling support for new devices, Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 provides new function for extracting network topology information from Element IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 6

Management Systems or other network topology repositories. Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 publishes a standard XML interface to which data can conform, defines standard process flow for discovery and discovery collectors, and is extensible. Using this new mechanism, it delivers support for two out-of-the-box integrations: the Alcatel 5620 SAM Element Management System and importing from a flat file (which could be used to import from other network topology data sources). Uses for the discovered network topology information Network Manager Entry Edition V3.7 delivers the Network Connectivity and Inventory Model (NCIM) supported on MySQL 5.0. This network topology model delivers data to drive the Web-based network operator views, CCMDB data integration, and inventory reports. Language support User interfaces (both system administrator 1 and network operator interfaces) support globalization and are available in the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. 1 Certain system administrator screens have not been globalized and are available only in English. In addition, the product installer is available only in English. For more information, contact your IBM representative. 11 visit To locate an IBM Business Partner, visit IBM Tivoli Enhanced Value-Based Pricing terminology IBM Tivoli Enhanced Value-Based Pricing: IBM Tivoli software products are priced using IBM Tivoli Enhanced Value-Based Pricing. The Enhanced Value-Based Pricing system is based upon the IBM Tivoli Environment-Managed Licensing Model, which uses a managed-environment approach whereby price is determined by what is managed rather than the number and type of product components installed. For example, all servers monitored with IBM Tivoli's monitoring product (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) require entitlements sufficient for those servers. Other IBM Tivoli products may manage clients, client devices, agents, network nodes, users, or other items, and are licensed and priced accordingly. Unlike typical systems management licensing models that require entitlements of specific software components to specific systems, the IBM Tivoli Environment-Managed Licensing Model provides you with the flexibility to deploy IBM Tivoli software products within its environment in a manner that can address and respond to your evolving architecture. That is, as the architecture of your environment changes, your implementation of IBM Tivoli software can be altered, as needed, without affecting your license requirements (as long as you do not exceed your entitlements to the software). Under Enhanced Value-Based Pricing, licensing and pricing of server-oriented applications are determined based upon the server's use in your environment. Typically, such applications are licensed and priced in a manner that corresponds to each installed and activated processor of the server managed by the IBM Tivoli application to help correlate price to value, while offering a simple solution. Where a server is physically partitioned, this approach is modified. This partitioning technique is the approach used with systems that have either multiple cards or multiple frames, each of which can be configured independently. For servers capable of physical partitioning (for example, IBM System p Scalable POWERparallel Systems servers, Sun Ultra servers, and HP Superdome servers), an entitlement is required for each processor in the physical partition being managed by the IBM Tivoli application. For example, assume that a server has 24 processors installed in aggregate. If this server is not partitioned, entitlements are required for all 24 processors. If, however, it is physically partitioned into three partitions each containing eight processors, and IBM Tivoli products were managing only one of the three partitions, then entitlements would be required for the eight processors on the physical partition managed by the IBM Tivoli application. For servers with virtual or logical partitions, entitlements are required for all installed and activated processors on the server. For each IBM Tivoli application managing a clustered environment, licensing is based on the cumulative number of installed and activated processors on each server in the cluster for each IBM Tivoli application managing the cluster. Where the cluster includes physically partitioned servers, the considerations described above concerning physically partitioned servers apply as well. Enhanced Value-Based Pricing recognizes the convergence of RISC and UNIX, and Microsoft Windows and Intel technologies, in order to simplify your licensing requirements, and to provide a smoother, more scalable model. Pricing and licensing does not differentiate between non-system z server platforms or operating systems. For some products, this platform neutrality extends to System z and other host servers as well. IBM Tivoli Enhanced Value-Based Pricing terminology definitions IBM Integrated Facility for Linux (IFL) This optional facility enables additional processing capacity exclusively for Linux workload, with no effect on the model designation of a System z or OS/390 server. Consequently, executing Linux workload on the IBM Integrated Facility for Linux will not, in most cases, result in any increased IBM software charges for z/os, OS/390, VM, VSE, or TPF operating systems/applications. There is, as indicated, a charge associated with the IFL, and there may also be a charge for applications that run on the IFL. The IFL may be dedicated to a single Linux-mode logical partition or it may be shared by multiple Linux-mode logical partitions. IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 11

Installations should note that the Linux workspace enabled by this facility will not support any of the S/390 traditional operating systems (OS/390, TPF, VSE, or VM). Only Linux applications or Linux operating in conjunction with the Virtual Image Facility, an environment that operates within a logical partition or in native S/390 mode and provides the capability to create multiple Linux images, is supported by the IBM IFL. Install An install is a copy or instance of the program in the enterprise. Partitions A server's resources (CPU, memory, I/O, interconnects, and buses) may be divided according to the needs of the applications running on the server. This partitioning can be implemented with physical boundaries (Physical Partitions) or logical boundaries (Logical Partitions). Physical Partitions are defined by a collection of processors dedicated to a workload and can be used with systems that have either multiple cards or multiple frames, each of which can be configured independently. In this method, the partitions are divided along hardware boundaries and processors, and the I/O boards, memory, and interconnects are not shared. Logical Partitions are defined by software rather than hardware and allocate a pool of processing resources to a collection of workloads. These partitions, while separated by software boundaries, share hardware components and run in one or more physical partitions. Processor ("per processor" charging under full capacity) In full capacity charging, Proofs of Entitlement (PoEs) must be acquired for all activated "processors" (available for use) that are on the server where the program or a component of the program is run. Notes 1. IBM defines a physical processor in a computer as a functional unit that interprets and executes instructions. A physical processor consists of at least an instruction control unit and one or more arithmetic and logic units. 2. Multicore technology allows two or more processors (commonly called "cores") to be active on a single silicon chip. With multicore technology, IBM considers each core to be a physical processor. For example, in a dual-core chip, there are two physical processors residing on the single silicon chip. 3. In the IBM System z IFL environment, each IFL engine is considered a single physical processor. 4. Threading, a technique that makes a single processor seem to perform as two or more, does not affect the count of physical processors. 5. Where blade technology is employed, each blade is considered a separate server and charging is based upon the total number of processors on the blade on which the program is run. 6. When a server is shipped with six processors, but two of them are inactive, four processors are active for the customer. 7. Not all processors require the same number of Value Unit entitlements. To determine the number of Value Unit entitlements required, refer to the processor Value Unit conversion table on the Passport Advantage Web site Managed Processor (charging under full capacity in the "managed environment") Charges are based on the active processors on the machines in the computing environment affiliated with the program rather than on the server where the program is run. The managed processors which require PoEs are defined in the Charges section of the announcement or in the License Information's program unique terms. 13 3. The program may not run on some or all of the processors for which PoEs are required for the program's valuation method. 4. In the IBM System z IFL environment, each IFL engine is considered a single physical processor. 5. Threading, a technique that makes a single processor seem to perform as two or more, does not affect the count of physical processors. 6. Where blade technology is employed, each blade is considered a separate server and charging is based upon the total number of processors on the blades with which the program is affiliated. 7. Not all processors require the same number of Value Unit entitlements. To determine the number of Value Unit entitlements required, refer to the processor Value Unit conversion table on the Passport Advantage Web site Resource Value Unit Resource Value Unit is a pricing charge metric for program license entitlements which is based upon the quantity of a specific designated measurement used for a given program. Refer to Value Units definition. Server A server is a computer system that executes requested procedures, commands, or applications to one or more users and/or client devices over a network. A PoE must be obtained for each server on which the program, or a component of the program, is run or for each server managed by the program. Where blade technology is employed, each blade is considered a separate server. Standby or Backup Systems For programs running or resident on backup machines, IBM defines three types of situations: cold, warm, and hot. In the cold and warm situations, a separate entitlement for the copy on the backup machine is normally not required and typically no additional charge applies. In a hot backup situation, the customer needs to acquire another license or entitlement(s) sufficient for that server. All programs running in backup mode must be solely under the customer's control, even if they are running at another enterprise's location. As a practice, the following are definitions and allowable actions concerning the copy of the program used for backup purposes: Cold A copy of the program may reside, for backup purposes, on a machine as long as the program is not started. There is no additional charge for this copy. Warm A copy of the program may reside for backup purposes on a machine and is started, but is idling, and is not doing any work of any kind. There is no additional charge for this copy. Hot A copy of the program may reside for backup purposes on a machine, is started, and is doing work. The customer must acquire a license or entitlement(s) for this copy and there will generally be an additional charge. "Doing work" includes, for example, production, development, program maintenance, and testing. It also could include other activities such as mirroring of transactions, updating of files, synchronization of programs, data, or other resources (for example, active linking with another machine, program, database, or other resource, and so on), or any activity or configurations that would allow an active hot switch or other synchronized switchover between programs, databases, or other resources to occur. In the case of a program or system configuration that is designed to support a high availability environment by using various techniques (for example, duplexing, mirroring of files or transactions, maintaining a "heartbeat," active linking with another machine, program, database, or other resource, and so on), the program is considered to be doing work in the hot situation and a license or entitlement must be purchased. Value Units A Value Unit is a pricing charge metric for program license entitlements that is based upon the IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 13

quantity of a specific designated measurement used for a given program. Each program has a designated measurement. The most commonly used designated measurements are processor cores and MSUs. However, for select programs, there are other designated measurements such as servers, users, client devices, and messages. The number of Value Unit entitlements required for your specific implementation of the given program must be obtained from a conversion table associated with the program. You must obtain a proof of entitlement (PoE) for the appropriate number of Value Unit entitlements for your implementation. The Value Unit entitlements of a given program cannot be exchanged, interchanged, or aggregated with Value Unit entitlements of another program. Whenever the designated measurement is a processor core, not all processors require the same number of Value Unit entitlements. To determine the number of Value Unit entitlements required, refer to the processor Value Unit conversion table on the Passport Advantage Web site Product Web Site A complete list of IBM Tivoli products is available at Web site Licensing Web Site IBM Tivoli product licensing documents are available at Web site Passport Advantage: Through the Passport Advantage Agreement, you may receive discounted pricing based on the total volume of eligible products, across all IBM brands, acquired worldwide. The volume is measured by determining the total Passport Advantage points value of the applicable acquisition(s). Passport Advantage points are used only for calculating the entitled Passport Advantage discount. To determine the required Tivoli product configuration under Passport Advantage, the Tivoli Enhanced Value-Based Pricing Model applies. Your environment is evaluated on a per-product basis. Use the following two-step process to determine the total Passport Advantage points value: 1. Analyze your environment to determine the number of Tivoli Management Points or other charge unit for a product. The quantity of each product's part number(s) to be ordered is determined by that analysis. 2. Order the Passport Advantage part number(s). A Passport Advantage point value, which is the same worldwide for a specific part number regardless of where the order is placed, is assigned to each Tivoli product part number. The Passport Advantage point value for the applicable part number, multiplied by the quantity for that part number, will determine the Passport Advantage points for that Tivoli product part number. The sum of these Passport Advantage points determines the Passport Advantage point value of the applicable Tivoli product authorizations, which then may be aggregated with the point value of other applicable Passport Advantage product acquisitions to determine the total Passport Advantage points value. The discounted pricing available through Passport Advantage is expressed in the form of Suggested Volume Prices (SVPs), which vary depending on the SVP level. Each SVP level is assigned a minimum total Passport Advantage point value, which must be achieved, in order to qualify for that SVP level. Media packs and documentation packs do not carry Passport Advantage points and are not eligible for SVP discounting. For additional information on Passport Advantage, refer to the following Web site The following Passport Advantage part number categories may be orderable: License and Software Maintenance 12 Months This is the product authorization with Software Maintenance to the first anniversary date. IBM United States Announcement IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 14
