1 TAM Software and Wireless Well Monitoring Equipment* New Software and Hardware TAM (Total Asset Monitor) is the next generation of Echometer data acquisition and analysis software used with combinations of wireless and wired fluid level and dynamometer equipment. It was designed with the objectives of: Improved Experience at Well Streamline Workflow Easier and Faster Installation Easier Software Navigation Automatic Well Selection Simultaneously Acquire Multiple Data Streams Minimize Walks between Sensors and Laptop Enhanced Analysis Options Real Time surface and pump dynamometer Flexible dynamometer and acoustic overlays Strokes Playback and video generation Enhanced Visualization View Analyses and Results at a Glance Detailed Wellbore Description Depth reference and wellbore overlay Pump operation and fillage animation Detailed pump analysis Existing well information and data that were acquired with the Echometer Well Analyzer can be imported automatically into TAM from TWM files. Automatic analysis of acoustic record yields accurate results in most cases without need of operator intervention but software provides advanced analysis tools for those wells where it is difficult to clearly identify the liquid level echo.

2 Wireless Hardware The Wireless Base Station, with GPS well site location, is connected to the USB port of the computer and communicates with all the Wireless sensors that include: Wireless Remote Fire Gas Gun (WRFG) Wireless Polished Rod Transducer (WPRT) Wireless Horse Shoe Transducer (WHT) Wireless Pressure Sensor (WPT)* The station allows simultaneous acquisition of liquid level, dynamometer and pressure records as controlled by the user via the TAM software either at the laptop or at the sensor location. The Wireless Sensors have been designed with state of the art microchips to achieve low noise, high accuracy and resolution with minimum power usage for long life of the rechargeable batteries. Typical range of over 450 ft has been achieved in most installations. Wireless sensor set up and installation is done efficiently by using the control buttons and LED displays, mounted on the sensor s body, which are used to power up, adjust, and calibrate the sensors when installed at the wellhead without having to view the computer screen.

4 Wired Acquisition 1 Connect Well Analyzer 2 Select Liquid Level Click on Pick Well bu on Click on Liquid Level bu on 4 Zero the Pressure Sensor 3 Pick Sensors Click on Pick a Sensor bu on Click the Zero Offset tab, then click Get New Offset Click the Use Shown Value to accept new offset Sensors are automa cally selected based on prior setup. Click pick a sensor if you want to change sensors. When finished, close popup window to proceed with tes ng. Changes save automa cally. 5 Install Sensors on Well 6 Start Acquisition Click on Start New Test bu on Charge the gas gun psi above surface pressure on the well. Close the gun bleed valve. Open casing valve between gun and wellhead. Well Analyzer Gas Gun & PT The background noise screen will show. Click Take Shot. Close casing valve to the flowline. 7 Results, Finish Pressure Buildup If using a PT, observe casing pressure buildup for one to two mins, then click End Pressure Buildup to stop test. 8 Get Report Use methods and tools to refine results View Pressure Buildup Report can be printed or ed Click on Report bu on

Close casing valve to the flowline. 7 Results, Finish Pressure Buildup 6a Start Acquisition from Sensor Press Acquire switch on gun and wait for the Fire light to stop blinking, then press Fire bu on when ready to shoot. Make sure the chamber pressure is greater than the well pressure. 6b Start Acquisition from Laptop Click on Start New Test bu on If using a PT, observe casing pressure buildup for one to two mins, then click End Pressure Buildup to stop test.
