Depending on the level up to 7 user groups can be created to which an individual number of codes can be assigned to. They simplify the assignment of lock functions like dual verification procedure or time programmes Revisor The administrator must not open the lock. He may read out all system status (incl. audit) and set the time 6

10 Explanation of functions Activating/deactivating profile Single profiles can be blocked. Master, manager and administrator are excluded from blocking Manipulation blocking After 4 consecutive wrong code insertions a blocking time occurs. After 2 further wrong insertions the blocking time starts again. The blocking time cannot be interrupted Dual verification procedure When dual verification procedure is active the lock can only be opened by 2 codes Time delay windows Time that has to be waited until the lock can be opened. At level 30.1 up to 4 different opening delay time windows can be programmed Opening windows Time that remains after the opening delay for opening the lock. At level 30.1 up to 4 different opening release windows can be programmed Time blocking All profiles will be blocked for up to 30 days. Only the time master and the administrator can bypass it by changing the time Individual time programmes Within the 5 time programmes the time window is defined in which a profile user may open the lock Special days Individual blocking days for unique or re-occuring events Automatic change to daylightsaving time Pre-set daylight saving time (MEZ) which can be adjusted manually to other time zones Instant opening code There is a possibility to bypass a programmed opening delay with an instant opening code External release/blocking The lock can only be operated if an external release or blocking signal is active Silent alarm By entering the alarm code (last code number +1 in level 10.1/20.1, last number can be chosen individually with level 30.1) an alarm signal is triggered and transferred to the alarm system Bolt position display Acoustic and optic signals display if the bolt is in opened or locked position Audit The protocol saves the last 1000 events of the safe with date and time Battery control Acoustic and optic signals when battery is weaker Automatic locking After opening the lock the bolt closes automatically after 20 seconds. Deactivating this function can only be done in combination with the software GatorSelect System test By pressing the keys the communication with the lock is checked 9

The further transmission of data is also done encrypted to the Gateway box located in the safe. It is distributing the information to the up to 15 locks. 32 The data is sent encrypted to a TCP/IP converter. The converter can be installed on the outside of the safe or even inside the safe itself.
