For IP packages: LS, LS, LS-0, LS-0 For SOI packages: LS-S, LS-S, LS-S0, LS-S0 For TSSOP packages: LS-TS, LS-TS, LSTS0, LSTS0 ESRIPTION: The LS/LS are short-circuit proof Quad ifferential Industrial Power Line rivers. They can operate up to 0V and have a selectable thermal shutdown features. The ata inputs are TTL / MOS compatible and can also be driven up to the supply voltage V. The EN input can be used to place all the outputs in a high impedance state. For the LS the OP input is used to connect the outputs as push-pull drivers or open-drain drivers, where the outputs can be returned through external loads to a maximum voltage of V. The outputs are open drain and the loads can be returned to any voltage between.v and 0V independent of V. n internal V regulated supply is used to power the logic and level converter blocks. LOW LS The thermal shutdown block located in the center of the I can be disabled by setting the EN input, Pin, to a voltage between.v and V. EN Upon power-up, a Power-On-Reset (POR) circuit block forces all output drivers to the highimpedance state until the power supply voltage reaches a nominal.v. Included in the POR circuit block is a hysteresis of 00mV such that if the power supply drops below.v all output drivers are forced to the high-impedance state until the voltage rises above.v. There is a builtin μs delay for disabling the output drivers should the power supply drop below.v. The output drivers are immediately enabled when the voltage rises above.v. 0 9 FIGURE -9-
