SAMPLES All the samples have to be manufactured from specified materials and components, in accordance with the relevant drawings and process instructions and have to be subjected to the manufacturer s normal inspection, quality control, and production acceptance procedures. If the bypass diodes are not accessible or are in a parallel configuration, a special sample should be prepared to perform the Bypass Diode Thermal Test if planned (in case of doubt please contact the laboratory). Static Mechanical load test and mounting method If the product under test need special mechanical means to mount it on the support structures or there is a particular mounting method, the relative instructions and the mechanical means are to be supplied with the samples. Otherwise the standard holes in the frame or in bars, if present, will be used to mount the samples on the test support.
