It comprises the congress center and six exhibition halls interlinked through an atrium and corridors. The congress center houses, the main reception on ground floor, the exhibition halls 1 & 2 are directly linked with the large congress center area where the reception & press briefing area shall be located. 23 6. HEAVY EQUIPMENT HANDLING & ONSITE LIFTING. WEIGHT & DIAMENTIONS OF EXHIBITS & MACHINERY To ensure the proper control and co-ordination, only the Official Logistic Service Provider is permitted to work in-hall and operate lifting equipment. Only Official Service Provider may deliver goods to the exhibition halls, for delivery to the booth. If the exhibit is particularly sensitive, Exhibitor may appoint a supervisor to accompany and advise on handling the equipment.
