This announcement fulfills the separate notice requirement of paragraph (a)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Pursuant to FAR (a)(2), the government will not consider any proposal revisions. No response is required to this notice unless there exists a basis to challenge the SDVOSB and small business status of a selected offeror listed above. Any such
