1 Issue Date: January 16, 2015 Title: Kofax Ascent Capture License Renewal and Technical Support Specifications: The s (MSDE) Educator Information System (EIS) is seeking provider to renew the Kofax Ascent Capture software license and provide technical support. This is a renewal per the attached specifications. Please note the version required, the system is not upgraded to the most current version of the software. MSDE qualifies for all academic discounts extended by manufacturers of hardware and software. MSDE is also a member of the MEEC consortium. Please make sure that all allowable discounts are reflected in your price quote. 2 Most Favorable Bid Price: The State reserves the right to award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the most favorable bid price for providing the goods and services, as specified in this RFQ. Submission Due Date: The interested Offerors should submit a signed (using a blue ink pen) bid form (Exhibit A) by 2:00 p.m., January 23, 2015 with supporting documentation.
