9 The Sheds on Charlotte Nashville, Tennessee complex. Throughout the design and construction process, attention was given to keep many of the architectural elements of the existing structure in place. The buildings have aluminum and glass garage doors that open into spacious courtyards featuring original steel trusses. Translucent wall panels on the end of the buildings provide additional natural light, as well as a dramatic glow in the evening that can be seen along the Charlotte Avenue corridor.

We have developed properties in multiple states and we are currently expanding our development presence throughout Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Tennessee, and Virginia.
