THERE S A WORLD OF TROUBLE OUT THERE. Where can you find solutions to help you be prepared?
MCM (MCM). We provide unmatched experience Mike McGrady began his career as a Pittsburgh paramedic and worked his way up to be the director of a large 911 center. He learned everything there is to know about emergency response systems. No one knows more about the profession. In August of 2005, Mike started MCM. His first projects involved building 911 systems and centers. Originally a virtuoso consultant, he has grown the company exponentially and now has a formidable group of top-flight industry professionals. The MCM team has over 400 years of combined public safety and telecommunications experience. We have provided services to over 100 public safety, government and healthcare organizations. AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Public Safety Answering Points Emergency Management NG911, PSAP, EOC, RF Design & FCC Licensing Tower Site Design and Project Management Geographic Information Systems HSEEP Exercise Design and Facilitation Emergency Medical Services and Healthcare Consulting
Overall Goal: To exceed customers expectations At MCM, your satisfaction is our priority, resulting in a customer repeat rate of more than 99%. We excel at understanding what our customers need and get it right the first time, which is why we have so many long-term relationships. We are dedicated to serving public safety, government and healthcare communities. Most of all, we mitigate the dangers in an unsafe world. For public safety, more counties count on us. Our clients answer over 3,500,000 calls annually. With MCM, there s safety in numbers. MCM provides innumerable consulting services to improve the effectiveness of 911 centers in the most cost-efficient way possible. These include needs assessment, strategic planning, acquisition, implementation, verification, training, tower site development, tower construction and project management for 911 systems for emergency services. MCM Solutions for an unsafe world.
Protecting communities. Saving lives. MCM offers a diverse range of services to assist counties in preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation of emergency situations.
Our GIS Services put public safety on the map. We offer a wide range of GIS services on an as-needed basis or for project-specific requirements. Our consulting includes data analysis, needs assessment, data generation, data maintenance, map production, and data visualization. We are experts in addressing systems and computer-aided dispatch-related geographic data creation, assessment, remediation, and maintenance. 421 Elm Street??? MCM Solutions for an unsafe world.
Because of MCM s exemplary healthcare experience, it s safe to say more hospitals call us for the training they need to effectively manage chemical and biohazard emergencies. We provide incident command and decontamination training for hospitals, including the proper way to don and doff personal protective equipment, as well as setting up decontamination equipment. MCM also works with healthcare agencies to develop policies, procedures, COOP plans and emergency preparedness and response plans. We provide training on the identification of hazardous materials, possible signs and symptoms of contamination, basic information on triage, decontamination practices for nonambulatory patients and evidence preservation. We test the training, policies, procedures and plans through HSEEP compliant exercises.
We provide the training to keep your community on the safe side. Our Incident Command Systems Training involves the steps needed to effectively manage an incident under NIMS, the instructions for completing NIMS-compliant documentation and the planning, logistical, financial and recovery aspects. All of the exercises that MCM conducts are HSEEP compliant. MCM Solutions for an unsafe world.
MCM created a Next Generation 911 System that s next to none. MCM successfully designed and project managed the NG911 Geo-Diverse 911 telephony system for 10 counties located in Pennsylvania s Northern Tier. The system has improved operational efficiencies, increased survivability of their systems and networks and reduced capital, annual maintenance and network costs. The fiber network is capable of providing transport and connectivity for systems including computer-aided dispatch, graphical information systems, radio interoperability systems and emergency management functions, including interfacing with a statewide ESInet. MCM also drafted and received approval for the intergovernmental agreement that governs this system as well as the policies and procedures the counties use to operate the system. This project is a prime example of counties and regions migrating from the individual silo model to working together to create a regional network and improving technology and operations, while saving costs. ONE SYSTEM 10 COUNTIES OVER 660,000 RESIDENTS + 7,700 SQUARE MILES ERIE CRAWFORD WARREN MCKEAN Each county had a seat at the table and it was truly a team approach. As a result, the counties are now collaborating operationally, not just technically. Michael McGrady, President, MCM FOREST ELK CAMERON JEFFERSON CLARION CLEARFIELD
