Federal open data portal, PSI Directive Part of the geospatial data will be offered as free open data, part not Metadata geo portal will be transformed to and integrated in federal open data portal ((geo)dcat AP) Secure access and protection of (part of) the data Where necessary secure access mechanism will be put in place (currently key based system IGN) Conceptnote for the technical approach of secure access to services and data (federated AAA mechanism) in collaboration with FEDICT Technical solutions on the long term: putting the services in the cloud Infrastructuur as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS)... Possible development of web applications / apps

15 4 Conclusions All partners support the geo broking approach Improving visibility and accessibility of their datasets Financial sharing and saving costs NGI takes a leadership role in the INSPIRE technical expertise and support Important progress over the past 2 years, but still a lot to do... First version federal geoportal ready in 2016 Belgian Federal geoplatform ongoing, operational end 2017.
