Thanks to our flexibility our teambuilding and teamwork attitude with local institutions and stakeholders, our training solutions are highly customised, offering our Customer s people the opportunity to learn from our trainers and instructors, that we enroll among our corporate engineering, erection & commissioning and service teams. 5 Service Cycle During the service cycle phase, training is a key investment to update skills and know-how which are essential in keeping your plant competitive. Ansaldo Energia Training provides targeted instruction that enhances overall performance in the context of a changing environment. We identify your specific needs with you so that together we create and run a fully customised training program conducted at your plant or at our Training Center. 6 Our Training Team Our trainers are chosen from corporate engineering, erection & commissioning, and service teams for their know-how and on-site service experience as well as for their instructional skills. Additionally, according to specific customers needs, we may utilize vendor experts as instructors to enhance the knowledge base and experience offered to participants. The use of distance learning tools enhances learning by allowing students to follow operations in the field and fully interact with teachers and operators on plant sites.

7 Training Center in Genoa Ansaldo Energia Training Center in Genoa is located at the Group Headquarters site, in the middle of the beating heart of the manufacturing and assembly for all Ansaldo Energia power generation products and components. Profiting from more than 150 years of corporate history, the Training Center designs and runs customer training programs to enhance skills development in the different company technologies and boosts hands-on practice: interactive access to Ansaldo Energia Genoa factory, service workshop, control room, nearby power plants. design systems, diagnostic, simulation and remote control systems 1 simulator and holoprisma, giving life to 3D technical drawings 12 training and conference rooms + 1 auditorium 2 rooms equipped for distance learning Learning is particularly effective if people are relaxed and inspired, and Genoa s beautiful and historic location on the Mediterranean Sea offers its UNESCO World Heritage ancient city center filled with restaurants, shops, museums and comfortable hotels that make the visitor s stay enjoyable.
