3 ICE CONNECTIVITY: OPTIONS Customers interested in connecting to the ICE trading platform have several different options available: ICE Hub (Standard or LCN) ICE Colocation (Standard or LCN) Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure SFTI Internet access Extranet access 3

4 ICE CONNECTIVITY: ICE HUB Features Each hub location is connected to the ICE Data Centers via a carrier-diverse network Customers are able to set up direct connections to ICE via an Ethernet handoff Cost effective option for primary and/or redundant connections to ICE via customer s selected provider(s) Customer is responsible for acquiring/extending connectivity to the "meet me room" (MMR) at the ICE Hub location. Customers with facilities in the same building can connect via Ethernet cross connect Low Latency connection option (LCN) is available for Chicago Hub at additional cost Pricing Customer contracts directly with their preferred data circuit provider and is responsible for all telecom installation and monthly recurring fees with the provider of their choice 1G - $1,500* / month (incl ICE trading system access fee) per physical connection) 10G connection, Chicago Hub only, $5,000* / month One time ICE set-up and activation fee of $2,500* per physical connection * Plus applicable state and local telecommunication taxes per locale. 4

5 ICE CONNECTIVITY: ICE COLOCATION CHICAGO Standard Colocation Package $6,300* / month per cabinet (3kW power plus 1G connection pair) $13,300* / month per cabinet (3kW power plus 10G connection pair) Additional power usage follows the pricing chart below available up to 5kW ADDITIONAL POWER PRICE + 1kW $ 1, kW $ 2,200 *Plus applicable state and local telecommunication taxes per locale. Low Latency connection option (LCN) is available for colocation cabinets at additional cost 5

7 ICE CONNECTIVITY: SFTI Features SFTI edge routers connect to ICE Hub infrastructure at Cermak, Secaucus and Basildon Select from connectivity at any of the 24 access center locations across US & Europe Customers connected at any SFTI Access Center are able to access ICE trading systems via either: o o 1G Limited Service Port (LSP - dedicated ICE only port) Overlay of ICE services on existing SFTI port Pricing 1G US LSP (ICE only) - $2,000* monthly per physical connection (includes ICE trading system access fee) plus $1,000* one-time install charge per port 1G Europe (ICE only) - 900* monthly per physical connection (includes ICE trading system access fee but excludes local cross connect) Overlay of ICE services on existing SFTI port, $1,500* monthly, $950* install per port *Plus applicable state and local telecommunication taxes per locale. 7

8 ICE CONNECTIVITY: INTERNET Features Available from anywhere in the world Customers can leverage existing Internet connectivity to access ICE systems Allows customers to manage their own existing connectivity and equipment Available for ISV vendors Pricing No additional connectivity cost, access charges, or setup fees incurred from ICE Customer is responsible for any fees charged by their chosen Internet service provider 8
