16 FIELDS OF ACTIVITY 1. Consultancy and design: S.C. PET COMMUNICATIONS S.R.L. offers professional consultancy services for your projects, so that a bespoke solution may be found to the specific requirements of each and every aspect. Every project is unique, in terms of both the beneficiary's requirements and the technical solutions provided, which is why we have assembled a team of consulting and research professionals who will be at your disposal with all the knowledge and professional experience your circumstances demand. We are also aware of how troublesome relationships with local authorities and utilities suppliers can be, and consequently offer you support in this respect (drafting and submitting technical documentation for issuance of the Construction Permit, City Planning Certificate and related documentation). The design team offers planning services for the various design stages (solution study, feasibility study, technical plans and specifications, execution details) for: - medium and low voltage power grids and installations (overhead and underground lines and transformer substations); - automation switchboards; - SCADA systems for various command and control automation installations

17 2. Electrical utility installation and construction/assembly work: S.C. PET COMMUNICATIONS S.R.L. offers a wide range of services, both for plans and designs created by the company and those provided by the beneficiary, including: - construction and/or fitting out of transformer substations (pole-mounted, independently housed or incorporated in buildings); - mounting of compact transformer substations, in concrete or metal housings; - fitting out of transformer substations and connection to the power supplier's MV grid; - renovation of and technological upgrades to high, medium and low voltage equipment, automation systems and capacitor batteries in transformers and transformer substations); - execution and repair of 0.4 kv kv power grids; - construction of LV supply lines, overhead or underground; - installation and fitting out of flush mounted connection boxes; - execution and repair of low current installations (relay protection, automation, signalling, pilot wires, telecommunication lines, fibre optics, etc.) relating to 0.4 kv kv power grids; - execution and repair of lightning protection and earthing installations; - tests and inspections of MV and LV electrical installations; - power lines and transformer substations for medium voltage supply to certain consumers; - inspection of earth and lightning protection and repairs to indoor power installations;

Programming and automation: Our electrical equipment makes use of programmable automated systems which can also be installed by our well-trained and qualified team of specialists. The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is an innovative solution on the Romanian market, which is increasingly gaining ground as a solution to consumers needs. Since the majority of switchboards are made to order, the manufacturing process needs to be very flexible, both in terms of design and execution. This flexibility can only be achieved through the use of modern technology and equipment.

SCADA local power dispatcher The PET COMMUNICATIONS Local Dispatcher controls the operation of the 110 kv medium voltage transformer substations channelling the power generated by the IBERDROLA wind farms in the Mihai Viteazu area and by the 76MW wind farm owned by the EP WIND PROJECT (ROM) SIX in the Chirnogeni area, Constanta county. The SCADA system makes it possible to remotely monitor and control existing equipment at the 110/20 kv transformer substations of the 80 MW Mihai Viteazu 1 WPS and the 76 MW Chirnogeni WPS. The PET Local Dispatcher is approved by the National Power Distribution Authority and meets its requirements for operational wind farms. Our highly qualified staff, certified and authorised by the National Power Distribution Authority, also ensure the contractual operation and maintenance of the above-mentioned substations, as well as the 20 kv installations between the substations and the renewable energy sources. The SCADA local power dispatcher makes it possible to remotely monitor 5 MW - 10 MW wind or photovoltaic power stations, which must be dispatchable according to ANRE Order nos. 29, and 30, respectively, issued in May Via its communication system, the PET Local Dispatcher offers 24-hour data transmission relating to power generation, as well as certain operations (remote shutdown/start-up of turbines, including operations imposed by regional distributors and the National Power Distribution Authority (DEN) Bucharest.
