6 SERVICES Projeto SINOCON (ONS) Plataforma P53 (PETROBRÁS) SINOCON Project, of the National System Operator (ONS), to supervise the Basic Network of the National Interconnected System (SIN), covering the major facilities of the Brazilian Grid. In this project, we participated in the implementation of Lots 2 and 3, with about 60 facilities, developing the projects, erection and commissioning. The Offshore Platform P53 of PETROBRÁS is operating since 2010 in the Brazilian Coast. In this work ELTMAN executed the full commissioning of the entire electrical system of 13.8 kv and 0.45 kv, parameterizing and testing more than 100 Protection Relays and Control Units.

7 SERVICES UTE Tambaqui (PETROBRAS) UHE CHANGUINOLA I (AES - Panamá) The Thermal Plant of Tambaqui consists of 5 Turbo Generators, with a total power of 85 MVA. This Power Plant feeds the metropolitan area of Manaus. On this plant we conducted technical advisory and commissioning tests of protection system. The Changuinola I Hydroelectric Plant, located in Panama, comprises 2 Gen. Units of 112 MVA each. In this work, ELTMAN performed the commissioning of the entire system of protection of generating units and transmission substations.

8 Usina de Água Vermelha (AES) Água Vermelha Hydro Power Plant consists of 6 Gen. Units of 250 MVA each. In this work we developed the engineering design of a complete retrofit of the plant, involving the areas of civil engineering, electro-mechanical, electrical and control and protection systems. WORKS Usinas de Paulo Afonso I, II e III (CHESF) Paulo Afonso I, II and III Hydro Power Plants comprise 13 Gen. Units, with cavern type Power House, with a total of 1500 MVA. In this work we elaborated the engineering retrofit of all auxiliary equipment and control and protection systems of all plants, including the commissioning of protection systems.

9 UHE Boa Esperança (CHESF) Boa Esperança Hydro Power Plant consists of 4 Gen. Units of 67 MVA each. In this work we elaborated the engineering Retrofit of auxiliary equipment and protection and control systems and the commissioning of protection and control of power plant and the Substation of 230/69 kv. WORKS UHE Itaipu (ITAIPU BINACIONAL) Itaipu Hydro Power Plant, one of the biggest Power Plant of the world, consists of 20 Gen. Units of 750 MVA each, and is connected to the transmission system through 20 transformers 18 / 500 kv. In this work we elaborated the design of the control and protection systems of the Units 9A and 18A.

10 UHE Salto (TRIUNFO) Salto Hydro Power Plant consists of 3 Gen. Units of 52.7 MVA each. In this project, we developed the Owner's Engineering activity and the technical coordinator of Commissioning of Protection and Control Systems of the Power Plant and associated Substation. WORKS SE Santa Bárbara do Oeste (ISA CTEEP) Santa Barbara do Oeste Substation has the sectors of 440 kv and 138 kv. In this project we carried out the complete design for electrical, electromechanical installation and civil design of a transformer of 440/138 kv, 100 MVA, and two capacitor banks of 138 kv.

11 UTE Piratininga (PETROBRAS) The Thermal Power Plant of Piratininga consists of 4 Steam Turbo Gen. and 4 Gas Turbo Gen. (news), with a total power of 840 MW. On this power plant we accomplished the integration of the supervision system of the old units regarding the new ones, and performed the implementation of the SINOCON Project for ONS. WORKS SE Campos Novos (ELETROSUL) Campos Novos Substation is an important facility that pertains to the Basic Brazilian Network, with 3 maneuvering areas: 500 kv, 230 kv and 138 kv. In this work we performed the complete retrofit of protection and control systems, having ELTMAN designed the protection and control projects, parameterization of IEDs and commissioning of the entire system.

12 Interligação Norte - Sul II 500 kv (TAESA) The North - South II Interconnection of National Interconnected System (SIN) was the duplication of 500 kv Transmission Lines, between the Substations of Imperatriz and Samambaia, with a total of 6 Substations of the Basic Grid. In this project, ELTMAN made the detailed Project of the control and protection systems, including the short circuit and selectivity studies, configuration of IEDs and commissioning of the entire system. WORKS SE Charrua (TRANSELEC - Chile) Charrua Substation is one of the major electrical power facility of Chile, having the sectors of 500 kv and 220 kv. On this Substation we performed the design of the Control and Protection Retrofit for 220 kv Sector, and the Commissioning of the Protection and Control Systems.

13 ELTMAN continually invests in training its employees as a way to differentiate its products by quality. This investment covers internal and external courses, technical seminars in Brazil and abroad, intern and on site training, technical events, etc. Professional Training Curso Interno sobre Sistemas de Proteção Conducted in 2010 and 2011 internal courses on protection systems, taught by Eng. Paulo K. Maezono of VIRTUS. Seminário Pacworld 2010 (Dublin) ELTMAN engineers participated in the Pacworld of 2010 Seminar of Protection and Control Systems in Dublin (Ireland). ELTMAN also participated in the Pacworld of 2011 and Curso Interno sobre IEC Internal Course on IEC Standard, about the new Communication Protocol for Substations Protection and Control Systems, conducted by DNV KEMA (Netherlands) in 2012.
