I have lived in the Las Vegas community for more than 25 years participating in numerous community events, creating lasting relationships, and most importantly, building a life for my family and myself. I have been and always will be committed to providing the highest level of service for the Las Vegas Valley. The Las Vegas has blessed my family with opportunities and friendships that are truly priceless. I believe that it is time to humbly serve the community that has given me and so many other families a foundation for our lives. My experience in planning, design, finance, and engineering and construction regarding major public infrastructure projects for local governments make me uniquely qualified for this position. Additionally, through my work, I have dealt with public financing and bonds and gained expertise in the permitting process for projects dealing with local city, county and other utility providers. I have a BS and MS in Civil Engineering and Nevada Professional Engineers (PE) license, and over 25 years of experience in the area. I have worked on numerous projects and have included a few projects that represent my experience needed for this position. They are: Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) Fitness Center Project, Nevada, a state of the art fitness center of approximately 110,000 square feet with a budget of $25 million developed on Nellis AFB site. Majority of the tasks completed for this project are planning, design, construction, permitting, financing through City of North Las Vegas bonding and commissioning of the project. Development of this project included complex negotiations and financing between Nellis AFB, United States Air Force Base, City of North Las Vegas, and Air Force Real Property. Experiences gained on this project are similar to those required for the stadium project.

Consolidated Car Rental Facility, Las Vegas, Nevada. Clark County Department of Aviation owns and operates Consolidated Car Rental Facility (CCRF).

3 Consolidated Car Rental Facility, Las Vegas, Nevada. Clark County Department of Aviation owns and operates Consolidated Car Rental Facility (CCRF). CCRF consists of a sophisticated fueling system to provide gas to the rental car companies. CCRF fuel system consists of six underground 25,000 gallon capacity tanks, 72 gasboy dispensers, pumps, values, piping, instrumentation, associated vapor vents and pipes to provide fuel to ten different rental car companies. Some of the tasks completed for this project are similar to the stadium project. Stone Creek Office Project, Las Vegas, Nevada, consists of class A buildings leased for medical related use located near Spring Valley Hospital in the southwest region of the Las Vegas Valley. I was the developer ofthis project. Cipriani Land Development project, Buckeye, Arizona, consists of approximately 2050 acres of land development which includes two school sites, 10,000 residential units and significant permitting process including federal 404 permits. I am the managing member of this development. CNLV water Reclamation facility, Las Vegas, Nevada, is a complex $250 million water reclamation facility located on Nellis AFB property serving the North Las Vegas service area. Tasks completed as a program manager for this project include complex planning, design, engineering and construction, permitting and public participation programs. Clark County Water Reclamation District Desert Breeze project is a multifaceted $40 million project with my tasks including planning, design, construction, contract negotiations, public participation program and commissioning. LVVWD Reclaimed Water Distribution System, includes 15 miles of pipeline, pump station projects at $18 million. The project was completed on budget and on schedule, which included negotiations between multiple contracts, multiple professional consultants, multiple contractors, significant permitting, public participation and coordination. City of Las Vegas $ 30 million water reclamation facility Gila Bend 75, an industrial land development project in Arizona Mesquite Dialysis Facility a 10,000 square feet dialysis facility development Spring Valley Dialysis Facility a 10,000 sqft dialysis facility development Understanding all aspects of the stadium project is essential to a successful and costeffective project. All of the previously stated projects that I have been involved with demonstrate all of the key elements required to be on the Board of Directors for the Clark County Stadium Authority. He has worked and built relations with US air force, Nellis AFB, ACC, AFRPA, City ofnlv, CLV, COH, CCWRD, LVVWD, local utilities providers and Clark County. Projects All of the projects listed were from planning, design, construction and in some projects currently operating and maintaining the projects for the clients. They are: Nellis Air Force Base Fitness Center project which is approximate 110,000 square feet building and the project cost was $ 25 million. City of North Las Vegas water reclamation facility (WRF) which provides wastewater treatment for CNL V services area was $ 250 million facility located on Nellis AFB. In addition to all the services listed above, an extensive lease negotiation with Nellis AFB to acquire 40 acres of land for the WRF was conducted. Stone Creek Project included 40,000 sqft of medical office building located near Spring Valley Hospital was $11 million. Clark County Department of Aviation consolidated rental car facility approximately $ 20 million and currently providing maintenances and fuel for the entire fuel systems. Cipriani Master Planned Community is approximately 2050 acres located in Buckeye, Arizona is a $ 42 million. Involved in all aspects of entitlements, master plan, permitting, federal 404 permits, water and wastewater planning and he is one of the two mangers of this project. Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) Desert Breeze project located at northwest comer of Flamingo and Durango is a $30 Million project serving 11 golf courses with reclaimed water. City of Las Vegas and Las Vegas Valley Water District infrastructure projects totaling approximately $60 million which included, buildings, pipelines, pump stations and other infrastructure projects.
