To meet the increasing need to respond rapidly and effectively to IDIQ task order solicitations, Unisys has established a successful IDIQ Center of Excellence (COE) that uses automated tools and industry best practices to ensure our customers receive rapid, innovative, cost-effective responses to their solicitations. Once an IDIQ contract vehicle has been awarded to Unisys, our IDIQ COE continuously drives performance, monitors task order acquisition lifecycle activities and serves as the single point of contact for all Unisys contract vehicle activities. Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Vehicles GWACs are task order contracts for information technology awarded under multiple award contracting procedures and are established by one federal government agency for use by all federal agencies. Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) Vehicles MACs are multiple award, ID/IQ contracts, established to fill a bona fide need, and made available to other agencies through the Economy Act. Agency Specific Contract Vehicles Multiple awardee contracts that are for use ONLY within the specific agency named as owner. Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) An MAS is a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/ IQ) contract available to all Federal Agencies world-wide. Agencies place orders directly with the contractor. The middle-man has been removed. Interagency agreements are not required to use Multiple Award Schedules. Blanket Purchasing Agreements (BPA) Ordering activities may establish BPAs under any Schedule contract for recurring needs of supplies and services to take advantage of quantity discounts and reduced acquisition time. In addition to holding a variety of Government IDIQ contract vehicles, BPA s and Multiple Award Schedules, Unisys also supports multi-agency and agency-specific IDIQ contract vehicles for many customers, including the Department of the Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice. 3
