8 International Transit Studies Program ITSP (Transit Cooperative Research Board J-3 Project) Sponsored by the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP). It is governed by a three-way memorandum of agreement signed by the National Academy of Science (NAS), TCRP is funded annually by a grant from FTA. For the past 12 years, the ITSP has been managed by the Eno Foundation through a contract with NAS Program is managed out of TRI Slide 7
