3 New Connections A complete end to end managed service npower Connect+ is a new endto-end connections service that manages everything from connecting to the grid to installing meters and supplying the site. It has been designed to save you time, effort and money when setting up new gas and power connections. Connect+ is lead by Stephen Walshaw. Stephen s extensive experience in the energy industry spans over 40 years, from Commercial Manger at East Midlands Electricity to Associate Director of Sales at Fulcrum. During this time Stephen has managed many high profile, end to end national new connections projects across multi utilities. Our own research shows nearly one in four new-build commercial premises face unnecessary delays due to the simple fact that the power or gas supply was not connected on time. 6 Construction / npower New Connections 02 npower Connect+ npower Services Infrastructure Works npower can manage the full range of activities required to get your site connected to the grid: Gas Pipeline Installations: npower can get quotes for, and arrange the installation of gas pipelines to get your site connected to the Gas Mains. Electricity Cabling Installations: npower can also get quotes for, and handle the installations of, electricity cabling to connect your site to the National Grid. Free Standard Meter Installations npower is one of the few suppliers who will install standard meters onto premises for free. We can install the necessary electricity and gas meters and ensure they are set up correctly and on time. We offer AMR as standard on electricity meters and can accommodate variations to standard metering depending on your load requirements. Energy Supply Contract We can provide gas and electricity supply via a choice of contracts to meet your requirements. These can be fixed or flexible and can include a range of supporting features, including matching your electricity supply with energy generated from renewable sources. Energy Solutions As well as your meter and supply, we can also offer other services from online billing management to a suite of energy management tools that aid consumption monitoring and efficiency implementation.
