QuoteSME provides brokers with immediate responses for quotes and the opportunity to place cover online for all our SME and financial lines products. Brokers can review and amend their documents instantly at point-of-sale, making it even easier to deliver an efficient service to your clients. Why use QuoteSME? Our relationship with you is built upon trust, integrity and professionalism: as long as information is provided in good faith, we ll regard the proposal as a fair presentation of risk. It s vital that you re aware of the correct exposure and sums insured to ensure your client receives a quote for the right cover on the right basis. We ll only pay up to the sums insured; therefore, correct capture of information not only removes uncertainty around cover, but also the risk of damaging reputation with your clients. 2 Step by step guide on using QuoteSME How to register with QuoteSME in four easy steps. 1 You can get a QuoteSME log in by going to and clicking register. There is a four step process to registering. Click here to register 2 To start the registration process you will need to agreee to the terms of use, and then press Next. Click here to agree to the terms of use 3 You will then be taken to a screen where you need to fill out details about yourself. Once completed, click Next to continue. Click Next Any field with a * next to it is compulsory information.
3 4 Next you will need to validate your account by inputting your valid commercial account number (this should only contain numbers) and your postcode. Next, we will validate that this an acceptable account number and then and will then ask for a Policy Number and corresponding renewal date. (unless there are no policies live in which case it will not ask.) Once this step is completed you will receive your username and password and an confirmation of your registration. You are now ready to use QuoteSME. How to log on to QuoteSMe and get a quote! You may want to save link co.uk as a favourite. To log on to QuoteSME please visit: 1 Click the green Login button and then enter your address and password that you receieved and click Log on to access QuoteSME. Click here to login 2 Once logged in you will have access to all the Allianz SME products. You can obtain a quote by clicking on the line of business in the images at the bottom, or by clicking on get Quote and selecting the product you want. Click get a quote here Select an SME product for a quote here
4 3 You will then be asked to complete a series of questions based on the risk. Once this is complete you can click through to the next screen. If you re not sure what a field means you can press the? button to the right hand side of it for an explanation. 4 Here you will be given a list of assumptions that you ll need to read through carefully. At the end, you ll need to click Agree if you wish to proceed with the quote. Click here to Agree 5 Complete the Premises Details and click through to the Additional Covers section.
5 6 Complete the Additional Covers section and click through to the Claims History. 7 Complete the Claims History and then click through to see the quote. 8 Retrieving your quote: Your quote will be outlined on the screen. Here you have the option to Amend the details you have just entered, or Go On Cover to proceed with the quote. You can also documents to yourself or a client. Click green to Go on Cover Click blue to Amend QuoteSME Live Chat What is QuoteSME Live Chat? Last October we launched our QuoteSME Live Chat which provides another route to contact Allianz underwriters immediately. Live Chat is so popular and successful, we receive on average 400 chats a day from brokers!
6 How to access Live Chat! 1 Log in to QuoteSME. Hover your mouse or click over on the right hand side in the centre of the screen until you see a small green box appear that says Live Chat. Click onto Live Chat to get instant access to an Allianz underwriter. Click here for Live Chat 2 A separate window will appear. Enter your details where prompted and click on Start Chat. Click here to Start Chat 3 If Live Chat is ever coloured red this means an Allianz underwriter is not available at that time.
