6 Research & Development We develop optimal cable solutions for our customers. The main focus of our products revolves around mobility on all three axes. Additionally, our customers expect our products to be extremely resistant to chemical, electrical and mechanical stresses, have small bending radii, high flex cycle numbers, and an outstanding lifespan. New products are tested in the state-of-the-art test center in Windsbach to ensure their suitability for daily use and readiness for standard production. Our stringent quality control standards are upheld with random sample checks carried out during production. HELUKABEL s cable and wire products are at the forefront of the industry because we are constantly being challenged by our customers to meet their needs due to continued advancements in technology.

7 Production We have been fabricating electrical cables and wires to the highest of standards in our own plant since Our cable production range is rounded out by our ability to create specialty cables produced to unique specifications. Our specially-trained employees manufacture cables and wires using both standard and special materials in our 108,000 sq. ft. production facility to meet every possible customer request. All products meet every standard and regulation. Our products reach the customer only after they have been rigorously tested. We employ both standard measuring procedures and special testing equipment in our large-scale, dynamic testing center to ensure our cables meet both customer and industry requirements.
