18 Vietnamese government and universities will use IBM Cloud Computing to develop SSME Vietnam Advancement and Innovation for Science and Technology Portal (VIP), which relies on IBM Cloud Computing, will be used by Vietnamese government institutions and universities to develop education programs for Service Science Management and Engineering (SSME). This is the first time for Vietnam to use an online collaboration platform to support education on SSME and ITSC. Vietnam National University will be the first in the country to adopt such a program jointly created with IBM.

24 IBM Project Big Green Project Big Green is a $1 billion investment to dramatically increase the efficiency of IBM products. New IBM products and services, announced as part of Project Big Green, include a five step approach to energy efficiency in the data center that, if followed, will sharply reduce data center energy consumption and transform clients' technology infrastructure into green data centers, with energy savings of approximately 42 percent for an average data center.
