Alternative Document Store Historically WebFormZ has always stored documents that are uploaded in the imis database. There is now a new option to specify a network drive as an alternative document store. 9

12 Forms are in imis but They are independent and part of at the same time. They exist on their own and can be queried and reported on but read and write to imis as needed and under your control. Forms are auditable and CRITICALLY They create records that are submission records in imis (no other system does this and imis cant do this for you) Basic WebFormZ Workflow Create Activity Records WebFormZ Form Save form date to imis fields Send s Create and/or send PDF s (Ent) Prepare dues for payment and take payment Execute SQL Stored Procedures All imis data is available for presentation in a form under process control. 14 Ad hoc Rules Do one of a list of 7 possible actions IF the conditions in the where clause are true/false etc. If someone enters xxx into question field yyy then execute a SP to set the system data up in a certain way and do it right now so it is immediately a change or an action. Status Change Rules Run the action ONLY if a status changes and where XXXX is true or false. 14

15 Question Rules If something is the case in the connected field (radio button says Green) then enable/disable show/hide enable or disable the submit button. Used to: Create routing in the form so that questions and sections and pages show only when needed. Ensure that the user cant submit till YOU want them to submit. Custom Rules Always do something if you are ordered to Pre populate the form with these imis fields. Its an enquiry form only so that the appropriate person can get in touch This form is an anonymous form no log in required. Form sends an to the appropriate person. Both the enquirer and membership person receive an with the enquirers information and from there the process begins.
