27 Why do I need to enter my birthdate? The first time a student places a hold they will be prompted to enter their date of birth. Students under age 13 will be required to enter their parent / guardian's address. The parent / guardian may opt to have the student's address removed. In this case, the student will not be able to place further holds until the age of 13. If the parent / guardian never replies, the student will receive an when the title is available for check out.
