We distribute DVD s to branches for training, but it s a lot of work and costs NTTIT We wanted to share our enthusiasm and commitment for new products with remote agencies and sales persons. But document-based explanation didn t convey our thoughts. Workers do not understand the management policies in our organization. I see video manuals are efficient and convenient.
