Up Gradation Free up gradation shall be provided for all minor software up gradations during the period of warranty. However, proper charge may apply for major up gradations. 13 Solution Cost & Price Customization Cost: Non-customized: Free of charge. The software is provided as it is. No functional and GUI changes are available. Customized: needs additional charge for customization. However, minor customization can be done for free. Solution Price The solution price includes the client software, server software, administration tool, all related documents and warranty. The price is mainly depended on the number of concurrent user for the server. The number of concurrent user for the server indicates the number of users who can connect to the server at a given time. For additional client access over the count of server's concurrent users, additional charge shall be applied. The listed prices are valid for non customized solution.
