2 Welcome to Partner Sociabble Partner Sociabble aggregates Microsoft solution, business news and thought leadership social ready content and makes it available for you to view, edit and post to your company social networks as your own content.

Registration In order to gain access to UK Partner Sociabble you will need a unique registration code. This is available to all Microsoft UK Partners. Email ukpartnersociabble@microsoft.

4 Changing your password When you initially login to Partner Sociabble you will use an assigned registration key. We recommend you setup a new password (that s easier to remember than the registration key) Step 1: Click on your account drop down menu (top right corner) where your name appears and click on the My Account tab. Step 2: Enter your existing password (your registration code) then enter your new password.

Managing/Adding Company Accounts/Pages If you are the administrator of a company page, you may now post content from Sociabble directly to your Facebook and LinkedIn company pages and to your Twitter

Step 2: You may connect new accounts by clicking on the network of choice and going through the verification process.

5 Managing/Adding Company Accounts/Pages If you are the administrator of a company page, you may now post content from Sociabble directly to your Facebook and LinkedIn company pages and to your Twitter company accounts. To do so, follow these steps: Step 1: Click on your account drop down menu where your name appears and click on the My Company Pages tab. Step 2: You may connect new accounts by clicking on the network of choice and going through the verification process. Make sure not to restrict Sociabble s access to post for you or else it will not function properly. Please keep in mind that you must be an administrator of the company page. Your Twitter company account will then be connected to Sociabble. Step 3: For Twitter for example, you will be redirected to the following page. Fill in your user name or and your password and click on Sign in.

6 Adding Personal Social Network Accounts? Click on your name in the top right hand corner > select My Account You can then associate your accounts by selecting the options in the Connected Social Networks view. Note: you should be logged to your social media accounts for Partner Sociabble to be able to associate or complete login on the association screen (as per adding company accounts)

Setting Up My Dashboard Sociabble enables you to build out a personalised dashboard showing only content from those categories (content interest areas) you have subscribed to.

The most recent content from your subscriptions will be available on your home page every time you log into Sociabble. So a fast way to see the latest content across your interest areas.

7 Setting Up My Dashboard Sociabble enables you to build out a personalised dashboard showing only content from those categories (content interest areas) you have subscribed to. The channels you subscribe to should be the ones you re most interested in based on their theme. The most recent content from your subscriptions will be available on your home page every time you log into Sociabble. So a fast way to see the latest content across your interest areas. By clicking on My Sociabble, you can easily subscribe to a category by making sure that it s blue star is selected. If you would like to un-subscribe to that category, you will just need to click on it s blue star once again. You are also free to dip in and out of specific content categories. So for example, you may not be subscribed to Windows 10 channel, but you can still click on that channel and view, edit and post content (see slide 8)

Posting Content Select the social channel Underneath the post, select the Social network that you wish to share/post to i.e. if you want to post to twitter > select Twitter, LinkedIn > LinkedIn etc.

The post will appear as if its come from your own channel. 1. Copy the original post text or add your own copy into the Customise Your Post box (Important Do not leave this blank) 2.

Select whether you wish to post right away or schedule for later. 4. And you re done! Option 2 Sharing the post This option enables you to share content.

The post will appear as if its come from your own channel. 1. Copy the original post text or add your own copy into the Customise Your Post box (Important Do not leave this blank) 2. Select the account you wish to post to from the account drop down box. If you selected Facebook earlier, you will see all available Facebook channels (both own and company). 3. Select whether you wish to post right away or schedule for later. 4. And you re done! Option 2 Sharing the post This option enables you to share content. Exactly the same as retweeting or sharing on Facebook/LinkedIn. 1. Select > Repost [Name of channel] option. 2. You have the option to add a comment under the Customise your post field before posting. 3. Select the account you wish to post to. If you selected LinkedIn earlier, you will see all available associated LinkedIn channels (both your own and company) 4. Select whether you wish to share right away or schedule for later.

9 Post as your own: More Detail You also have the ability to post a piece of content as your own. With each share you make, you will be given the option (when applicable) to share the source article of the post directly onto the social network of choice with your own comment or else to repost the original piece of content aggregated onto Sociabble. Example: Great advise! Teach your family about internet safety and avoiding #Cyberbullying In each case, you will see a preview of the post and/or source article that will be available when you share. The previews may vary. So be aware of this. When using Posting as your own you MUST include text in the post your own box. See example!
