2 Section One Ad Specs & Deadlines for Conference Program Guide Conference Program Guides Conference Program Guide Ads are to be submitted by Friday July 18 th. Your sponsorship agreement will specify if you receive an ad and the specific size. All ads are full color. ¼ -page ad specs are: 4.25 x 5.5 with a 0.25 bleed ½ -page ad specs are: 8.5 x 5.5 with a 0.25 bleed Full page ad specs are: 8.5 x 11 with a 0.25 bleed ** You can send the ads to matt@ihealthtran.com Acceptable Formats: Ads should be in EPS or JPEG or TIFF 300 dpi plus NO FILM or PDF FILES Files must be provided through an FTP site or via Section Two Attendee Registration Info Please include the following information for all personnel that will be attending the 2014 Health IT Summit with your company. Depending on your level of sponsorship/exhibitor package you have a limited number of full conference passes to distribute internally and to customers/clients. 4 Section Four Partner & Exhibitor Information Set up Time Monday, August 18 th at 5:00 pm Break Down Time Wednesday, August 20 th after 1:00 pm. Exhibit Hours *Booths must be fully set up by 8:00am Tuesday, August 19, Tuesday, August 19 th Wednesday, August 20 th 8:00 am 5:00 pm 8:00 am 1:00 pm ** Booths on the exhibit floor can be open for vendors to conduct meetings and demos during both conference and exhibit hours. 5 Exhibit boxes, publications and collateral can ONLY be shipped to the Seattle Marriott Waterfront two (2) to three (3) days prior to the Summit. Notate on the shipping label that the package is for the Health IT Summit 8/19/14. Also, label on the box what exactly the package contains, such as whether the item is for your exhibit booth, collateral distribution, signage, etc. This will be significant in helping the store and sort the packages for you.
