1 New Features for the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal This document provides a sneak peek at the new features coming in the next WATCHMAN Reliability Portal release (V3.3) due out in Machines By Severity Report Shows Additional Findings & Can Be Exported Two new features have been added to the Machines By Severity report generated by the Portal. Additional Findings from Event Tracker Are Visible If the person editing an event in the Event Tracker enters anything in the Additional Findings box, it now appears on the Machines By Severity report generated via the Portal. This report can be generated for the entire database, a plant, or an area. What is entered in the Additional Findings box when editing an event appears on the Machines By Severity report (pictured above) Tradecenter, Suite 4610 Woburn MA USA

2 Export to Spreadsheet The Machines By Severity reports generated by the Portal for the database, a plant, or an area can now be exported to Comma Separated Value (CSV) format for use with other programs, such as Microsoft Excel. All of the information from this report is included in the CSV file, including the machine s status, the date the data was acquired for analysis, and any additional findings entered via the Event Tracker. Note: This ability to export information already exists in other areas of the Portal on Overdue Machines reports and in the Event Tracker by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

3 Asset Health Viewer [BY REQUEST ONLY] The list of machines received via Notification now contains live links to more information about that machine. Click the name of the machine to open the Asset Health Viewer, a static Web page showing the results of the test referenced in the . The Asset Health Viewer was created so users do not have to log in to the Portal to see details about a machine of interest when notified of a change in condition. This standalone Web viewer is created with data from the customer s database, but does not provide any direct, unauthorized access to the database itself. All other links in the open the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal s login page, where credentials must be entered to access the site. Because IT security policies vary, customers must request this feature to have it turned on for their database. If an image of the machine is included in the database, it appears here. If your analyst entered any Analyst Comments about this machine, they appear here by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

4 Additional Way to Access Notifications & Privileges Two new buttons make it easier to swap between Notifications and Privileges for a particular user. This can be very helpful to those who are responsible for setting up other users. A User Privileges of [username] button appears at the bottom of the Notification page so you can quickly switch to those settings for the users whose notifications you are viewing/setting. An Notifications of [username] button appears at the bottom of the User Privileges page so you can quickly switch to those settings for the user whose privileges you are viewing/editing. All of the other ways for accessing these settings remain intact this is an additional way to navigate by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

5 More Information Visible from My Watch List The My Watch List element on the Dashboard now shows more information about the machines in the list, where applicable. Expert System Results for Online-Monitored Machines For machines monitored online with the WATCHMAN Online System, the My Watch List now includes the machine s status based on the most recent review by the expert system. Because analysts review data only when a change is detected and/or on a set schedule, the Exert System Results may be different from the Last Reviewed Vibration Status. Additional Technologies Added Machines on the My Watch List will show the status of other technologies (if they exist). Also shown are the type of technology (oil, motor testing, thermography, etc.), the date the information was posted, and the status assigned to it by the person posting it by Azima. 6 In order to appear in the My Watch List, additional technologies must be set up via a User-Defined Point (UDP) and the person posting it must select the Set Technology Status check box. Note: UDPs can be added from either ExpertALERT / StandardALERT or the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

7 Easier Password Reset Users will no longer have to wait for Azima Technical Support to reset their forgotten passwords. When the Forgot Password? link is clicked, the user will receive an with a link to reset the password themselves. If they do not reset the password within an hour, the link expires and the existing password remains in effect. You must enter a Customer and Username before clicking Forgot Password? by Azima. 8 Event Tracker Enhancements Several new features enhance the Event Tracker. Event Tracker Visible from Machine Details Page When viewing details about a machine, the Event Tracker for that machine now appears at the bottom of the window as the primary tab. Its new home means you can see details about the machine while reviewing events and you do not have to click the Event Tracker for Machine link in the Report section (which opens the Event Tracker in its own page). The Severity Trend information that previously appeared here remains, but has moved to the secondary tab by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

9 Repair Recommendation Priority Filter on Event Tracker The Event Tracker at all levels (database, plant, area, and machine) can now be filtered by the priority of its repair recommendation. This new filter can be used simultaneously with the existing Work Order Status filter. The new Filter By drop-down list has three options: All. Does not filter the table. All recommended actions are shown regardless of whether your analyst assigned them a priority of Desirable, Important, or Mandatory. Mandatory. Filters the table to show only those recommended actions marked Mandatory by your analyst. >=Important. Filters the table to show recommended action marked Important or Mandatory by your analyst by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

10 Event Tracker Access from the Dashboard A new Event Tracker button on the Quick Views element of the Dashboard lets you access the Event Tracker with one click. If the Dashboard is filtered to a particular plant, the Event Tracker shows repair recommendations for that plant. If the Dashboard is filtered to show All plants, the Event Tracker show repair recommendations for the entire database. In all cases, you will only see events relative to the plants/areas to which your login has permission. All other ways to access the Event Tracker remain intact. This is an additional method aimed at reducing the number of clicks it takes to get there by Azima. All Rights Reserved.

11 Notes Added to the Overdue Machines Report When you generate an Overdue Machines report, the latest notes entered about the machine are visible in the table. As before, the date of the note(s) appears. However, now you can click it to expand the row to see the note(s). Click the expanded note to roll it back up to just a date. The notes shown are those entered since the last time data was collected for the machine _dmh by Azima. All Rights Reserved.
