3 Welcome to SmartPin Help The objectives of SmartPin Help is to assist you in navigating the system with ease and to guide you on how to make full use of the functions that are available on sc reens. p3

5 Check Activation Status This feature will help user to check activation status of your registered phone num ber. St ep N o. How to check your activation status? 1. From the TM Smartpin Main page, click Check your Activation Status. 2. Enter your registered phone number and click Check to get the activation status of your phone. Click Reset button if you want to reset all information inserted. 3. You will see the result as screen shot below if your service number is active. p5

6 Forgot Password SmartPin also provides feature for user to retrieve bac k their password. For Corporate User, they can retrieve back their password by contact Corporate Admin. Corporate Admin will reset get/reset their pin. p6

7 SmartPin Login Help Using your log-in ID and password Your Log-in ID and Password are created during the registration process. See Servic e Activation. SmartPin requires valid Log-in ID and Password in order for you to ac cess SmartPin System. For security reason, please handle your Log-in ID and password with care. Please change your password frequently. See Change Password p7

8 User Management - My Profile Profile is your personal details page that enables you to edit/update your detail. This Menu is to update user account personal profile. This Menu will display after user susscessful Login to the System. St ep N o. How to change your profile? 1. Click My Profile menu on the main page after login to the system. 2. Create or update your profile by entering valid data in the fields below: Field Name Username Address Designation Description Your username Your address. Your designation 3. User can change their profile by clicking Change button as shown at above figure. 4. Update your profile by key-in the new value at form below. 5. Click Update to save your changes. 6. Optional Reset button enables you to clear the data you have entered. p8

9 Corporate User Corporate User is a company employees who will make call using SmartPin platform and web access given within respective user only. Below are types of menus available in Corporate User Account:- Standard Reports p9

10 Standard Reports SmartPin provides features for Corporate user can to view reports to service num ber that assign to them. User can view usage reports by months. Step No. How to view a report? 1. From the Corporate User Main page, click Standard Reports and drop down menu will listed. 2. Select the month that you want to view the report and the result will display. 3. You also can export the selected report in two format by clicking Excel and CSV buttons and print selected report by clic king Print button. This function will print the informations acorrding to selected format chose. p10
